We went in for chocolate and ice cream. We wanted to use the restroom before ordering. The door is kept locked with a sign to see sales associate and that is for customers only. We were of course customers. We had to ask 2 staffers for access. We waited 5 minutes til the second staffer came to grant us access to the special bathroom access. We were first asked/interrogated if we were customers before we would be permitted to use the restroom. I replied, seriously? To which I received, it's just a question and it's posted on the door. We weren't kids or vagrants, and can read 'the sign on the door'. I replied that it was odd to ask and received a healthy smirk from the sales associate as I purchased our ice cream as a CUSTOMER. Killing, open the darn bathroom door, it's the beach, not the hood!!
Love this place! You can’t go wrong with ice cream, plus fudge sample too. Great service on a hot day…lots of friendly staff.
I treat myself to a mocha latte at Kilwins because their chocolate is much better than chocolate syrup used at traditional coffee shops. I dislike plain coffee or lattes unless I have a sweetened add-ins.
I have always had a wonderful experience at this location until today. We were a party of four, and everyone placed their order except my 5 year old. We paid and at the last minute my 5 year old says I know what I want. But there server stated I will need you to go to the back of the line. Definitely not kid nor family oriented!
Staff will not unlock the restroom for you until you pay for your ice cream and you’re standing there with a cone in your hand melting. Then they walk you to the restroom and open the door for you. Kind of childish for an $11 cone of ice cream.
Good place to stop and get ice cream after a Long Beach day. If it’s busy it might be hard to find a parking spot and it is on a busy street. Ice cream and the peanut brittle was delicious
A bit pricy, but very good quality ice-cream! My kids love their ice-cream after a long play at the playground and the beach across the street! Get their reward cards BTW if you live in Vero!
April 2022 - family came to this area for the ice cream, playground near by and the water. What a great location. Ice cream was very good. I ordered Carmel salt. Great place to come to.

Crowded but moves fast, Icecream is delicious....service is great prices reasonable for Florida. Great location, you can eat outside
