The 1st time we went 3 weeks ago everything was fresh and amazing. This visit the Chicken was hot and fresh. Ordered 8 piece family meal and two large sides. Mashed potatoes are gravy and coleslaw was amazing, the Mac and cheese and sweet corn were both old and dried out couldn't eat either of those sides. The biscuits were also hard like hockey pucks. So I guess it's hit or miss
The food was up to these standards that I would expect from KFC recently. It was very good. It wasn't always that way and i am glad to see that they are keeping that standard. The only issue I had was they lacked a bit in customer service. I'm not sure if it was because they were very short staffed but when I asked for a bag to take the chicken I didn't eat home, I was handed a very small box that wasn't big enough. Even after i said i was asking for a to-go bag twice. And that after waiting five minutes for someone to notice that I was standing at the counter.
Recently I had the tastiest KFC meal I've had in years -- crispy chicken cooked right and hot, hot sides, good service. This branch is newly remodeled. A+ on this visit!
I generally check my order but I was in a hurry. That is when they leave something out of your order. They were not busy but they still managed to short my order a chicken sandwich.
Service was fast and friendly. Chicken sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. A little too much mayo for my taste but still delicious.
I ordered chicken via door dash when the order arrived the food was stale slimy and old. I ordered from there so many times and never had an issue. Whats going on with this place?? Please be careful buying food from this KFC..
It was too salty just felt that someone added a packet of salt and spoiled the taste of my mouth chicken was fine but yeah needs improvement.
Service was a little bit slow but we got there well after lunch time maybe in-between shifts
Staff has worst attitude in any fast food restaurant here in Vero Beach. I stopped in drive- thru on Tuesday Feb 1 2022. I had just come from Doctor after my chemo treatment. I wanted 2 Chicken breast sandwiches and fries, then I saw the box deal and was inquiring about it the worker at the squawk box was confusing me as I asked a question. the manager (woman) stepped in and was very rude I decided to not order anything and left. I then called asking to speak to the manager to complain, it was the same voice so I knew it was the manager, she left me hanging thinking she was going to get back on. Just left phone off hook Will not go there again. Complete disregard for the people who put money in her pocket.
