I visited this IHOP this afternoon (May 25, 2022). I have been going here in the evening for years. It's clean, never crowded, the food, though standard IHOP, is very good (kudos to the cook), the staff is always more than gracious. Today as last week, Elisha took my order and was very friendly and attentive, God bless her. The service is also extremely fast: I had my meal surely within 5 - 7 minutes, but the order was simple. I like their poblano omelet with three pancakes. I like everything there - - but one thing. Today there were 3 really pesky, driven flies. Someone had left the door open. The waitress could do nothing about it, and neither could I. But next time I'm going to bring in a couple of those electric paddle swatters and leave one there. They are not only effective on those wretched creatures, but what a bunch of fun!
The worst IHOP I have ever been to. The service was so bad. Food was cold. And the lady who served us DONA was so rude. Faced racial discrimination for the first time.She didn't even serve us properly. Not recommended
Server was fine. But yesterday we had a different cook named Brie who absolutely killed it it was delicious. But today once again we noticed the same young blood cook was there. Couldn't get his name. He looks like he's maybe 19 years old and used breaded chicken from a different meal to place the chicken I added into mine. The onions were missing and the red peppers from my omelet. There were literally two tiny chunks of each within the omelet. He has been working there over 4 months and hasn't learned a dang thing!! He needs to just go home and try to learn how to cook before he tries to make it a profession. Brie is the best cook out here who needs to either teach this little one how to do his job or just fire him!!! I have been cooking longer than he's been alive and I'll work there if it's necessary!! Also getting charged 6.29 for Mac and cheese that's not even a side I'd feed my kitten is just ridiculous. They don't take ihop rewards here either.
My husband and myself love IHOP we have been many times. I usually order the Swedish Crepes Delicious my favorite. Always done to perfection. My husband orders a Bigger breakfast of Sausage, Bacon Hash Browns, pancakes, eggs. Coffee is always fresh and good. Server's pleasant and prompt. I would recommend
(03.16.22) Never again! I walked in and it was empty.. After about 5 mins the waitress came in. She had been out front talking to someone in a car. I ordered a meal and when it arrived the eggs the were supposed to be "over medium" were runny. I asked for catsup, jelly and Tabasco. She brought the catsup but I had to get the tabasco myself and then chase her down to get the jelly. Give yourself some credit IHOP as this was the worst meal I've ever had at one of these locations.
Getting much better. Omelet was perfectly prepared and delicious. Nice steak an eggs breakfast. Substitute French toast instead of pancakes. No problem.
Restaurant was empty and still took over a half hour to get food. Coffee was gross and had grounds in it. Food Came out cold and didn't even get what I ordered (3 of us and we all ordered the same thing) server was HORRIBLE, never came out to see if we needed a refill on drinks, she was rude, and a nasty attitude fought with me when I told her I was brought the wrong food and told me it's not my store I DONT CARE!!! Worst dining experience ever!!! Never going back
So pathetic. Waited over 10 minutes at the counter to make an order. Sorry I almost inconvenienced this place with an order. I realized while I was standing there that IHOP is no longer able to handle what they use to handle anymore. It's not just them, it seems to be most places now. Some blame covid, some blame "nobody wants to work". Well, if I ran my business how most of these companies ran theirs, I'd be out of business. Whatever. Now I know how they roll.
Staff was friendly, but food portions where small, fries were like from a kids meal.But the worst is that the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Seriously, it smells like urine as soon as you step into the hallway, I don't know how they can sit at the front desk and ignore it. I've never written a review about a bathroom, that's how disgusting it was.Wish I'd have visited the bathroom before I ordered, if the bathroom is that bad, I'd hate to see the kitchen.
This place was disgusting! Took grandkids there after visiting zoo. IHOP has always had awesome food in PSL. Pancakes had a crusty exterior and rubbery, husband's meal came with hashbrowns, they were rancid! How long had they been laying around? Waitress put in order for fresh and those were good. He asked for refill on his soda, waitress went over and sat at a booth. When she got up he asked if he could get that refill. She said, "I'm sorry, I had an emergency".Girl asked for Mac n cheese, we knew it would be Kraft box, but it was dry and clumpy. This restaurant would give a first timer to IHOP the wrong idea about food served from most other IHOPS. If there were a star under a 1 I would have used it!
