Manager man with the ny hat is so unprofessional he is going around threatening everyone’s jobs for what 12 a hour?? Dude needs to treat his employees better there is so much better jobs out in this world.EMPLOYEES if you are reading this there is too many jobs hiring to be dealing with this type of work abuse.. this dude needs to do better or get the hell out of the field.
What a great experience I don’t even care if the food taste good I had such a good experience. I ordered a cheeseburger and french fries to go to pick up on my way to work. When I walked in two of the guys behind the counter smiled and said hello. It was just so nice that everybody was so pleasant. And then one of the guys said are you here to pick up an order and I said yes and another guy said Melody is here let’s get her order. That’s all it just made me smile OK I’m a 61 yo women and these were young guys so that had nothing to do with it it was just genuine pleasant people and polite their mother’s should be proud! Thank you guys you started my night out great. A great way to start a 12 hour shift.
We thought we’d try Five Guys in Vero Beach. “Thinking” was my first mistake… my hubby ordered a chocolate shake which turned out to be chocolate milk… first of all when you know the “machine is not working” and or “we’re out of mix” turn it off and tell your customers it’s out of order. I’m not sure what happened to the size of the hamburgers but the buns sure have gotten bigger! Remember the commercial “where’s the beef”!! It looked like a kids meal hamburger with excessive bread. I asked for grilled mushrooms, light jalapeño, mayo, mustard and ketchup. I got 3 mushrooms out of the can put on it and the rest was just slopped all over it. The fries which are my absolute favorite… well… completely WELL DONE and crunchy! I didn’t ask for them to be cooked like that??? What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The owner needs to take a bit more pride in his business and train his employees the correct way to prepare and cook things in the 5 Guys fashion. Needless to say we won’t be back. They had more than enough help at least 6-8 employees there. I wonder if corporate gets involved ever? ?
French fries were burnt tasted more like frozen ones, Milkshake was chocolate milk ,burger was just ok definitely not keeping up with Five guys standards . Mushrooms were raw just slapped 3 of them on the meat. Then they didn't want to give me my 5.00 back for the glass of milk .Vero Beach Five Guys needs to set there training standards a lot higher and the owner need to be there to oversee what's going on .
I always go out of my way to get Five Guys, I park out front, order online. The food is generally ready in 10 minutes or so. Their fries are perfect, delicious and always overflowing. Y'all are awesome, thank you for what you do everyday
Today, 01-16-2022, I bought a good amount of food for myself and family from the Vero Beach location. Mine was a burger with an extra patty and a large cajun fry. When the guy gave me my food, the one question I asked was if there is a burger with an extra patty on it. He says, "yes, they're labeled". So I took him on his word, and lo and behold when I got home there was not any burger with a third patty. It definitely wasn't worth going back for a patty that costs less then the gas that would have taken me there. Nor, is $2.25 really something to complain about. I'm simply posting this to say, "Check your food, regardless of what they tell you." And, it was super slow while I was there, with just as many staff as there were customers (4). So, I'm not sure what happened there. Best of luck!

Excellent food and service
My family and I went to this location this evening on a pretty busy night. The guys that were working were absolutely amazing they were so polite, working so hard. The food was nice,fresh and hot and the atmosphere was just amazing. Great team tonight.Thankyou guys
