I brought my boyfriend's mother here. She has never been. The food is usually good. We decided to try the biscuits and gravy because I have never had it there. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan. Everything else was okay. I will say their pancakes are great. Our waiter (forgot his name... sorry) was awesome. I wasn't really happy with the final price of everything but I know everything has gone up. The restaurant has a nice setting and the staff are nice so you are paying for that as well so I shouldn't complain. They have unique drinks but the one I wanted to order they didn't have. Maybe next time.
I decided to treat myself since this place is a little pricey. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I got to work and saw my breakfast. The eggs weren't fully cooked and they broke open when going to my car and then into my office (plus they were very small). The bread they used was stuck to the bottom of the container. they were two slices of tomato which were very large and the skin was tough to cut. There were two slices of avocado buried in the corner which I felt sorry for because I had to dig to find them. There were greens on top of my meal which I guess was okay. The sauce had great flavor. They gave me a side salad which made no sense. Overall this was the worst eggs benedict I've ever had and I won't ever go back there again for anything considering the food vs the price.
We love coming here! The food is great and everyone is always so nice. We've never had a bad experience. It can get busy but it is definitely worth the wait. I love their pancakes!
Good menu, good food. However, they have staffing issues. Never enough servers, you’ll walk in and see multiple empty tables not bussed, you’ll also see multiple tables that appear available for seating but they’ll still tell you there’s a 15 minute wait. Have yet to come across any friendly staff, they all seem pretty miserable. This place could be great, but you can’t just have good food, the atmosphere and the staff also account for the experience. Whoever is managing this restaurant probably should consider doing something else.
Excellent service and great food choices
The food and service here is amazing. Great place to have Sunday brunch. Definitely worth the wait. I recommend the iced coffee and the trifecta, both were made amazing.
I live in Bradenton Florida so I'm farmiliar with the chain. While visiting JC beach for a celebration of life I decided to check out miracle mile which was recommended. I ordered the shrimp and grits which was a risky choice because being a southern bell from Texas shrimp and grits is always risky at a chain. Unfortunately I was told they don't have any and I could get it but only online. I was a bit perplexed so the waiter noticed and quickly said to hold. A few minutes later I was told it wasn't on the menu? Not on the menu? I was staring right at it. So, rather then make a fuss I simply said I would eat elsewhere and thanked the server. Luckily only across the street was a wonderful sandwich shop called tooJays I was greeted fast, approached within 5 minutes and I had there signiture corn beef sandwich .it was delightful. Overall miracle mile was great, however I'll stick to Bradenton when I dine at first watch. Possibly the two restaurants should combine.
great food. the waitress we had today was pretty rude though. she never came to check on us. we tried seeking help from another waitress but she too ignored us.
