I've been there twice, most recently with 3 friends. We found cheap drinks, a nice (and very good) bartender and a fun crowd. What's not to love? Filthy's has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It's easy to feel at home there. The bloody mary I ordered was surprisingly good. Some friendly gals talked my companion into getting up and learning a line dance. A good time was had by all.

I just moved to Vero and went here on Tuesday after work because it is not far from my home. Mindy was the bartender and she was awesome! I ordered a pizza and she made a fantastic one even though she was super busy! The pizza was great, the drinks and atmosphere were great and the bartender made me feel right at home! Definitely going to be my new spot after work!!!!

Pizza was EXCELLENT...bartenders, not so much! They acted like, if we weren't a regular, we didn't exist. The one gave us a menu and never came back and when I asked another if we could order she acted put out
Drinks were great. Service was good as can be expected. Great place to grab the game and talk with some true sports fans. When I'm in the area, I'll stop in again!
I used to come here for some of the best old fasioned's in Vero Beach. Recently I showed up and the bartender that made them was gone. Well, I ordered a rye old fashioned and it turns out their selection of rye was very limited. Then I was informed they were out of cherries and oranges...out of oranges? Aren't we in the citrus state? So, I settled for a rye with simple syrup, which I call a half a** old fashioned. Then the bartenders disappeared for about 15-20 min, who knows where to, but I was ready to cash out and leave. Filthys, I keep coming back because I live so close, but you really have to step up your service and selection.
Came in on a Thursday and had a great time with great service. Bartender was very easy to talk to and friendly. Definitely want to check out the Sunday fun sometime. Great ambiance and service. 5 star.
The only place in this Vero Beach AKA 0 beach that offers an IPA on a Monday that's worth a shout... Florida man on draft along with some Dale's pale ale and a bunch of others that aren't worth mentioning except for Southern tears creme brulee.. Totally recommend " Filthys Cocktails and Beer" since Vero Beach and its 2 brewers have abandoned all IPA in this land of lost IP'A's
