Not impressed with the staff here at all. There was no line in the drive thru or inside and it took them over five minutes to take my order inside. They were very unprofessional in their conversation and work demeanor. There is another Dunkin down the road a few miles and I would suggest stopping there instead. Would not recommend stopping here. Very poor management. Would not want to see them when they are actually busy.
Said machines have already been cleaned and couldn’t make my coffee
Waited 5 minutes to even be greeted at the intercom through drive-thru just to be told to wait longer. Finally ordered. Simple order of just 2 snackin' bacon and 2 iced coffees. Had to repeat 3 times. Got to the window and was only given 1 order of snackin' bacon that literally had 3 strips of bacon. Had to knock on the drive-thru window to let them know I did not receive my full order. Bacon was awful. Worst experience ever.
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had pleasant service and every time I try to go they never have hot chocolate. I’ll personally never be back.
The inside was clean. The service was quick, and the employees were polite and friendly.

I’m literally a regular at this Dunkin. I come multiple times throughout the day and order an iced coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Today, the worker informed us they will do it this time as a courtesy but they can’t put caramel on it anymore. Not even an option to pay extra for it, just no. And my coffee tasted like green beans! Ewww!!! I’m so disgusted at their poor customer service and will NEVER EVER EVER go back there!!!
