Worst Dunkin the employees are rude and extremely slow they are very understaffed and slow takes more then 16 mins wether you are in the drive thru or inside ordering to get your food. They are on a timer to get that food out and get to the next customer and the employees do not care they always get my order wrong everytime I go it’s pathetic! Do not go here.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is always severely understaffed and even if they have 4 people in here helping 3 of them don’t know how to run a register… isn’t that a requirement at places like this?! Not to mention the girl upfront kayla I think her name is is really rude like I understand your understaffed and stressed but that has nothing to do with paying customers. I wish I never stopped here
They messed up my order didn't have much on the donut side....didn't even bother to give me a straw.
Busy, busy place. Great location just don't be in a hurry. You get had you want, but be prepared to wait.
Worst ever I order 100 munchkins and asked for a mix of all flavors except for powder and I got 100 powder munchkins and the chocolate donut was ever so nicely placed upside down in the bag causing all the chocolate to stick to bottom of bag. My chicken sandwich was overcooked and dried out. Never coming back and making sure everyone I know to stay away from this disaster of a dunkin what a waste of $40.
Ordered on the Dunkin' app...fast easy convienent. Food and coffee were perfect. Employees were polite and efficient. Great experience.

This place is extremely pathetic. Order was 8 items. The lady that took our order made our drinks and literally messed up every single item. And to top it off she was extremely rude. Would put her name on here but she didn’t have a name tag on nor would she tell us her name. But she was manly looking probably 55 ish or meth not sure looking.

Store is alright, I would complain about them being understaffed, however they will have 5 people on one shift and still manage to have an incredibly long line/wait time. But please remember that they not only have the walk up counter inside, they also have their drive through orders, AND all of their order ahead online orders. Give them a break. I’ve seen some reallly nasty customers in Dunkin’ who treat the employees like they are beneath them. They keep a good assortment of the donuts and they always make the coffee right.
