This is the best Dunkin in Vero. Staff is friendly and attentive. They are the only ones in thos town that get my coffee right!

If I didn’t live near this dunkan I would never give them by business, they’re always messing up the order , and there’s always someone new working the front so they never know what to do. Whoever runs this restaurant does a terrible job at hiring employees and training them. It seems like no one in there has any experience at all, ever. I’ve eaten at food trucks with better customer service than this dunkan.
Had to use this location because the I-95 location was unexpectedly closed. EVERYTIME I go th the 20th st location they burn the breakfast sandwich. DD has has been going downhill hello Starbucks
They were short handed so I kind of understand. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Got home and there is no sausage. Really?
There was a hair in my whipped cream FOR REAL! Absolutely unsanitary and poor hygiene. The owner was too cheap to even give me a refund. Worst experience at a DD.
This is the best dunkin I go to and I travel all over the country for work! Every time I'm home at the end 9f the year I go here everyday day! Everyone is super friendly and treats me like I've been there all year when I get back. Thank you dunkin of Vero!
Ordered a dozen donuts on the app and they did not have any donuts that we ordered. Employee stated there was no manager on duty to give us a refund until tomorrow and that we would need to call an 800 number. Unfortunate since we are from out of town. Please allow your employees to provide refunds or at least a gift card if no manager is present. Will not be returning to this location on future trips.
Always good donuts and coffee. They always run out of crullers before noon. They don't order enough for the day.
On 12/18/21 at approximately 9:30am I went to Dunkin on 20th Street in Vero. I ordered 3 egg, cheese and ham wraps and 1 egg, cheese and ham on a English muffin. I was told Dunkin was not selling ham anymore and they did not have any ham. Reluctantly. I substituted bacon. I, also, ordered 2 old fashioned, plain cake donuts. The wraps were terrible because rhe bacon was like rock candy and brittle. I was given glazed donuts not old fashioned. I called other Dunkin stores in Vero and they said Dunkin still sells ham. I complained to corporate and my complaint was forwarded to the store for a response. The store did not send a response. I have been a Dunkin customer for years at 27th Ave and Oslo Road and never a problem. This store said they sell ham so I will go back there. Thanks.
