Just walked in this morning to get a coffee and a bagel. Clean store, good display and I was excited to get my morning routine underway.Young lady working the front, had her back to the front and finally looked at me, didn't say anything..so I just said what I wanted. Her demeanor and voice were somewhere else and it was obvious she hated being there. Repeated my order, paid in cash. And she messed up a simple 1 doughnut, 1 coffee 1 bagel order. Got 2/3rds of order and i waited for bagel, she was like "what U want" very slang, and a frown the whole time. She said go over there. Manager (appeared to be) met the same frown, and i hate being here demeanor as he slid the bagel across counter and turned away..Mind you only 2 cars in drive thru, 2 customers in lobby. They weren't slammed so that reasoning is out the window. This morning staff just wasn't well trained in customer service.Thanks for reading
I travel throughout Indian River County daily as a social worker and am familiar with every DD in the county. This is my favorite place to meet friends and clients as the selection is plentiful, the staff is very friendly and efficient, and the inside seating/tables are always clean and nice outdoor tables too. Always a pleasant experience!!!!

Stay away. Service is awful. The girl working has a terrible attitude. She gets on the drive thru speaker and says Dunkin......I said I would like a salted caramel latte and she says, "We're out." I am like, well so am I. Omg, amazing; scary that this girl may get inspired to maybe get her CNA and would be caring for me in a nursing home somewhere.
Gross. Coffee is undrinkable (don’t bother to get anything even slightly flavored, as it’ll be syrup-y sweet and taste like chemicals). They never have available anything “special” or seasonal Dunkin’ is advertising. Most recent order of a coffee and a donut made me sick to my stomach for the rest of the day. Never again.
SO SLOWWWW! If you are in a rush to work do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts that is so slow. I get staff turnover, but this is all the time. Employees say it’s the owner of the franchise who will not hire more people.
The place was dead only 5 people in the store including me and a friend it was 8pm no donuts on display counter register was closed had to yell my order to the take out register they close at 9pm would not recommend this place
If you like to wait when there's no customers this is where you should go. I would advise you to drive past this Dunkin' donuts and just buy a hostess cake from the next gas station
Slowest drive thu in the world. Been here multiple times and I waste 15 min in the drive thu! Please improve your work flows!!! Starbucks has it right.
Absolute worst service! And the worst customer care ever. Couldn't get my order right. And then the person who brought who brought the food out to my car threw our food at my lap through the window. And the whole order looked like someone squished it between their hands. I just moved to the area and will not be coming back here.
