The line of customers are nearly out the door and you have a manager , an older gentleman running the register and 3 female employees bouncing around like they are completely lost. There are no markings for type of dounuts, if marked would cut wait time from people having to ask. The gen z generation are lazy with no work ethic. Waited nearly 20 minutes for 6 donuts people in line were unhappy.. will never go there again unless everyone of them were fired! Just looked in the seal box and only 4 donuts but order 6.
Held my food for nearly 20 min. Didn't bother calling it out then was rude when we inquired about the order only to find it was sitting behind their counter and had been ready for the last 15 min. These are the people that think they deserve $15/hr. Thanks but no thanks. Next time i'll get my bagels and cream cheese next door at Publix and go home and make them myself.
I understand the staff shortage…. However, having a cashier with a miserable face and no greeting was alittle unsettling. I said hello with a smile and he just looked at me straight faced. That gave me anxiety.. And instead of saying “no I’m sorry we don’t have that” he simply just shook his head no without saying a word. He was also alittle rude to a teenage girl Infront of me. I’m sure you guys are over the top busy over there with the staff shortage. But I would like to see some smiles and guidance rather than faces that say “kill me I don’t wanna be here” you are the first faces customers see.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The quality of my FOOD was TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!! The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was doughy. The hash browns were soggy. I wait 5-10 minutes to place an in person order and waited 15 or more minutes to receive my order. I purchased a frozen coffee with caramel and it was disgusting. It taste like they added Splenda or some terrible sweetener. They were however kind enough to give me a caramel iced coffee that was super delicious to replace it after trying to remake the frozen coffee and it still being nasty. YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY SEE THEY'RE A WORK IN PROGRESS.SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY BECAUSE THEY EVIDENTLY NEED MORE TIME FOR IMPROVEMENT.
The absolute worst!!! I asked for a hot tea light and sweet. The counter girl asked me which herbal tea flavor I wanted and I told her just regular black tea. Girl had no idea what regular black tea is. Then she asks another employee and she tells her what black tea is. I get it finally without milk or sugar. I was stressed when I went in due to a death in my family, but was even more stressed when I left the DD.
On my first visit employee basically called me a liar when I said my drink was incorrect. It was completely missing the espresso. I thought I’d give them a second chance. This time not one employee greeted me as I stood there for almost 5 minutes waiting for a mobile order. Black things floating in my macchiato & it tasted horrible. Will not return.
Great gals & guys ! The few that have endurance ~ to weather out the storms of customer's attitudes...in store & drive-thru. Thank you ?~ Ashley, Dawn & Desy Wishing y'all make many tips, you each deserve the best!
I'm a dasher, I feel very sad for this Dunkin donuts, the Mrs. Mayor who attends there is terrible, she always treats us Doordash badly ? I don't know why it bothers her to serve us Dashers when we go for an order at that moment we represent the client, that's what she wants To say that he not only mistreats the Dasher but also the customer, when he assembles the bags he does it reluctantly ? he packs them horrible I don't understand why? This is a country of customer service and the least they do is that, hopefully he improves his form to see life and do his work with more love and leave the frustration, I hope Dunkin improves that part of customer service and delivery.
i try to give benefit of the doubt but it really did me this morning when i noticed i payed 10 dollars for a hash brown a donut and a small coffee, what really did me is when i got my order and it was 36 hasbrowns?, that’s when i checked my order and seen what i payed. tried to let them know and basically told me good luck because a manager isn’t going to be in until tomorrow? now i’m stuck with 30 cold hashbrowns and out 5 dollars loll
Place is trash. Takes half a day to make a coffee and they're as slow as watching grass grow. Numerous times throughout the week I don't even get my order because unfortunately i don't have a week to wait for it. They're the worst dunkin donuts I've ever seen. Not to mention most of the time the drive through line is almost out into the main road. Tried complaining to the manager before who unfortunately is just a walking ball of testosterone with a quarter of a brain cell and it's not because they can't find help. They've been this awful since before covid and everything else that's wrong today. Unfortunately it's the only drive thru dunkin donuts. The lobby is just as bad too.
