95% of the time have zero issues with this location, however since I randomly saw Google asking for my review I will share my most recent experience. We ordered two pizza, Brooklyn style and thin crust. It's the first time I've tried Brooklyn and thin crust at this location so I don't know if that was the issue? The food was barely warm and I had picked it up within minutes of it "being ready" I'm not sure if it's because they changed something in the process or because the bread is thin that it didn't retain heat? But it's first time I thought about buying something else for dinner and throwing the pies away. Nothing about the pizza seemed fresh and no one liked it, needless to say the "leftovers" were thrown away.
Pizza maker Curtis is awesome!!! Can tell he takes pride in making his pizzas!!! All 3 were great! Daniel the driver was quick and very polite! Def recommend this Domino's!
I always like dominoes except for tonight. What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I got pizza and wings. Supposed to be simple. Apparently not! Pizza was extra dry with no sauce even though I wanted sauce and wings were alot to be desired. Unfortunately I will not order from here again. It was good for a while. Not anymore Unfortunately. If there was less than a star I would give it.
Food was great. Not a Dominoes lover. But quickly falling in love with the BBQ chicken flat bread pizza. Keep it up Dom
Ordered this last night and the crust was burnt but the middle of the pizza was soggy, not sure how that happened. I guess it all depends on who is working. Might want to consider re-training some of the people.
The sanwhich was Good for the price. Customer service was kinda blah, but that happens. I'll go back. 6$ chicken sanwhich. Good price, perfect size for lunch
Wish I could put zero stars. Tracker and text alert stated driver was pulling up. 18 minutes went by before my pizza finally showed when I opened it up all the toppings were on 1/3 of the pizza piled up with 1/3 nearly bare. When I contacted The store about the delivery they could not reach the driver either. When the pizza showed up I told them the issue with the pizza, now 20 minutes late and his only option was to either remake the pizza and wait another 30 minutes plus delivery time, now with no tracker so I’m in the dark or a coupon. No option of a refund. Too many pizza companies out there to deal with this
Best location! ❤️ Their pizza & pasta is on point; best over any other location. The staff at the counter recognizes me every time. Top notch!
Put on additional directions for my apartment, thankfully I was downstairs as driver was arriving, not only did he get the address wrong but I specifically wrote that we are the only 2nd floor apartment. He said the address and I said that's next door and I wrote we are the only 2nd floor apartment, basically he shrugged it off. Food was fine but definitely need to ensure the drivers actually have the correct building and read the additional instructions, my neighbors have gotten my food before and I'm left with fighting over trying to get my order that I have paid for.
I have been on hold for 26 min before I hung up no one answered or took my order this is the worst service I ever gotten and you can’t order online cause it’s down but no one and I mean no one took my order I’m done spending money at this store I’m going to papa johns
