If you need somewhere to sit and work on a laptop, look no farther! The food is amazing (Cuban breakfast sandwich was my favorite!) and the coffee is great. I like sweet coffees and usually try a new latte each time, but I know people who prefer black coffee that love it here as well. Great atmosphere, kind of a bookstorish feel. You can also bring your dog and sit outside!
This coffee shop is awesome. Really nice meeting spot, free WiFi, great coffee and yummy food. I had the egg salad and it was great. Prices are good also, sandwich and drink for $10Added bonus, a free borrow and trade book corner.
The young woman at the register acted more like a general without any smile or courtesy. And the young man to whom we asked to please place something to stabilize the table answered that he doesn’t have the time for that and we could do it ourselves…(we can’t even go on all four to do that). At 4:45 pm, a young woman started to use the very noisy vacuum to get us out. They close at 5pm. Coffe is good but we’re not going to go back.
I absolutely love going here! The staff is friendly and coffee is always wonderful. I also enjoy all the local art they have. Really inviting and enjoyable.
The coffee and food here are fabulous. When you order a Cappuccino here, you get a real cappuccino. Pastries and sandwiches are excellent. They have tables inside and outside.
I absolutely love this place. I discovered it a couple of weeks ago and I have been there almost every morning since. The coffee is outstanding and there’s so much variety. With the food where do I start… I had the most perfect Quiche this morning, the croissants are scrumptious and make fresh every day the egg salad is the best I’ve ever had. I just can go on and on. The staff is warm and friendly and you can tell they love being there. If you have not stopped to eat and drink coffee at this place then you’re missing out on scrumptious food, amazing coffee, beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff.
The service is very good. One young man is always very friendly & can get your day off to a good start. Yesterday I ordered the Breakfast Cuban without cheese for takeout. Roasted pork, ham, egg, banana peppers, & spicy mayo. It was nicely wrapped, so still hot when I got home. It was so delicious that I'll return to try the regular Cuban sandwich.
Far and away the best coffee shop in Vero!!! AMAZING pastries and really good coffee drinks (they make velvet foam!). Large seating area with different styles of table—this is a great place to sit and have a conversation, do some work or read a book. I’m so so thankful this coffee shop is here and I can’t recommend it enough!!Only problem is not being open on Sunday. Sunday is the main day I want to go out for coffee and the only other non-chain coffee shop in town is closed for religious purposes on Sunday, leaving nowhere to go. It would be wonderful to have another weekend option besides Panera! Pretty please consider modified Sunday hours??
First, coffee is excellent. Hands down high quality coffee and very well brewed. It is a little pricey though..but if you're looking for high end coffee you will not be disappointed. I gave 4 stars only because the cost vs portion size ($4 for a croissant ?) and the cashier was a little on the unfriendly side. I dont expect anyone to be in a great mood or to be cheerful as I work in the same type of business myself..especially not all the time as we are all human. I'm pretty laid back and understanding. I am not a complainer..but for me the vibe was just a little unwelcoming. In my experience this usually points to employee treatment and/or pay issues..but I could be wrong, I am just assuming. For me to even write a review mentioning this..trust me, it was noticeable. Other than that..don't be deterred..the coffee is indeed very, very good. The food also looked really good..but I only had a croissant. A very expensive croissant haha
We were visiting Vero Beach and came across Coffee House 1420 by chance went in and found that they served sandwiches for lunch which is just what we were looking for ... just a light lunch My egg salad sandwich on a croissant was delicious
