Hands down the most disgusting Chipotle I've ever encountered in my travels. Every surface covered in filth. No napkins to be had, no toilet paper in the women's restroom, only half the sodas in the machine have syrup so that's cool but the CHERRY ON TOP!?? The men's bathroom had no soap.. I watched an employee use the bathroom and return to the serving counter... there is no soap and no paper towels so it is impossible for him to have washed his hands... GTFOH.
Rude employees!! Terrible customer service!! This place is trash!! Stay away from this location. The lady running the register was extremely rude. Walked in at 8pm, was told they were closed and they weren't going to serve me in a very rude manner even though the hours say open until 11pm. So we left, as we were leaving a few people walked in and the rude lady served them with no problem. Why tell us you're closed only to serve the next guest as we were leaving?? I'll never go back to this dump and I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. They never have online orders made on-time or accurately. Have ordered here multiple times and received no guacamole when I paid almost $3 for it. They put in random toppings I didn’t order…. This location has to have some of the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. I don’t plan on going back even though I have a free entree.
What a joke. 5:30pm on a Saturday, not busy. No lines but yet they are "out" of a lot of items. Had to adjust what we wanted. Then when we get our cups for drinks they are out of Tea. Asked about getting them filled, no one was interested in helping. One person just said tea takes 20 min. To make. Owner should stop in at dinner time just to see what a dirty restaurant they own.
At this location you never know what you are going to get; unfortunately, I have had more bad than good experiences here. If it’s not the ingredients, which, seems like they are always out of something, it is the employees, or the food (that never tastes the same twice). Today was the first time ever that they give me a reasonably generous scoop of guacamole. Thank you, it is very much appreciated (really). However, this one girl with tattoos on her face was so rude, and she was also rude last time I came here. I’m giving 2 stars for the guacamole.
Employees were rude. Acted like they were doing a favor by working there .Cleanliness was sub standard. I was rudely told that the only way I could get guac added to my order was if I placed the order thru their app. Otherwise they won't be able to add it inspite of it being in stock. I would not recommend going there.
The worst part about this place is the rude customers. Please if you’re going to complain eat at home. These people don’t get paid enough to hear you complain because they’re out of quac and you’re too dumb to read the 4000 signs they have posted around the store
Every single table was dirty as were the chairs. The few booths that are there were very dirty and had food stuck in the crevices which means it has been there a long time. The thing that gets me is that it was not busy at all. Poor management and training of workers.
If you are of African American descent, you will be treated differently here ( like you are nothing). I'm at my wits end and cooperate is not handle them well. Some of the employees are extremely rude and act like the customer is wrong for wanting more than a teaspoon of veggies and side items. We pay so much for the food, we should be able to not receive kid portions. I cannot wait for Vero to open more healthier restaurants.
Cleanliness was poor, tried to order food that had little to no spice . As i made the requests, asked if an item was spicy and was told no. It must have been the lettuce that was spicy because I couldnt eat my order.
