This place is so good can't describe it in words. It was so above my expectations. The noodles are handmade and you also can get a variety of gluten free noodles too. So incredible delicious!! And the service/ staff worth 5 *. She was so prudent and took good care of us. Definitely would love to go there again. (Tip try the Shrimpand Scallops Pasta and the Buarata = wow)
Our waitress was great. People...stop being ugly to waitstaff. It's rediculious. It's not the end of the world if your fat butt has to wait a few minutes for a drink. I'm appalled at our nasty our society is with treating others. Everyone should have to wait tables to see how difficult it is. Be nice to others and maybe your dining experience with be great!!!!! My boyfriend's mom and I loved our lunch here. The food and staff were wonderful!
Ordered from GrubHub a few nights ago. The delivery person called and informed me that the guy working in the takeout area refused to provide service and give my order to the delivery driver. Would not even acknowledge they were waiting for an order. After the driver approached him, he had a condescending attitude and still refused to hand over the order. The order was sitting there getting cold. But since the driver is not tipping this employee, he would not provide the service he was hired for. We never got our dinner! This is outrageous!! I am a paying customer who is unable to pick up my own order due to a recent surgery. AS a matter of fact using a delivery service cost me about 40% more in fees and tip. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened at this establishment. NEVER AGAIN!! Carrabba's really needs to do something about their employees who refuse to do their job. According to the driver, he was a young punk with curly hair. So BEWARE!!!
This is a predictable restaurant, part of a large chain, with nice decor, average Italian food, and a wonderful waitress.
What a lovely friendly place. My birthday meal was made really special. Great cocktail. Friendly service. The best bolognese and topped off with a birthday desert and the staff singing happy birthday in Italian.
I've been to other Carrabba's locations and really enjoyed it, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The staff made it feel like we were an inconvenience, despite the fact that we were overspending on average food and poor service. Despite being half empty the service was slow, many mistakes were made, the quality of the food was well below what I've experienced at other locations and the staff unapologetic for the effort. I may try this chain again, but DEFINITELY not this location.There are many good restaurants in Vero, so I don't recommend waisting your time on a chain spot that seems more focused on cost cutting than quality and service.
A friend wanted to treat me to a special dinner. Since I haven't had the best of experiences (to say the least), I totally advised against it. She said well the food is usually pretty good. Well Carrabba's disappointed again (3rd and FINAL time for me). Ordered 2 Tuscan steaks. Mine was barely cooked.
Went for a sales lunch and took our meals to go as an option. Danielle was our server and was friendly and fun. Chicken Marsala was great even though it was 20 minutes home, the chicken soup was loaded with veggies and chicken and the pasta was cooked well. All good. Try it.
