Don't go here! On two different occasions, after ordering two food items, I was told to pull up to the stop sign or in front. Both times there was no one behind me. I asked the person who brought the food out why I had to pull forward when there wasn't anyone behind me. She said something about the timer and trying to make their times better. I ordered a cheeseburger and received a double cheeseburger with bacon on it. I supposed someone else got stuck with my simple cheeseburger. The only good thing about "pulling up" is at least the food comes out warm. The two other times I went and received food immediately, it was cold and barely edible. Never again.

As a general rule they get my order wrong and I have to go in and have it fixed...but this time PERFECT. They did make me pull to the stop sign and wait 12 min. No one ever behind me ......because I worked fastfood in hs I assumed (yes I know)it was the timer..so the wait was the reason for the fewer stars.

They cheat the system to make it look like they're doing a good job. They'll ALWAYS ask you to pull up front for your food even if you only got a kids meal. This is so their "times" aren't messed up by people waiting a very long time for their food. I ordered chicken fries and a kids meal. It took over 20 minutes for me to receive my food AFTER they had already asked me to wait in front. An employee came up to me TWICE with the wrong order and was rude when I stated what my actual order was. The staff is messing around, laughing, and partying it up in the back while everyone waits outside. There were a total of THREE cars waiting in front for their food. ALL of us got cold food. Do not come here, this BK is the reason I never eat at BK.

We received fresh food as asked. The lady taking the order was Alissa. She has excellent customer service skills. She apologized for the wait. We had a question about the coupon, she answered it without any issues and with a pleasant tone. Thanks Alissa.

At least for mornings, over had random odds over there past six months or so. I stop by here a 3-4 times a week in the mornings but I usually only get something once every week or two. That's how frequently the drive thru is inoperative. Whether it's "the computer is rebooting, it will be 30-60 minutes", "we don't take credit cards right now" (offers cash) then "we can't make change", or just their most common hit, serving one car at a time. Easily 3 out of 5 stops there will have one car at the speaker when I pull up. It will sit there anywhere from ~3+ minutes to me driving off and who knows. When I wait or it's only a few minutes, they pull forward... All the way to the window as there's no one else there usually... And I pull up to the speaker and wait. And wait. The longest I've sat there, aiming to prove a point to my copilot, was 17 minutes. Usually I leave after 5; minutes or so, however if I get a "WELCOM BURKING HANG ON" I'll typically stay to term, which is usually in the 3-8 minute time frame.Someone needs to either pay these people enough to care or weed out the bad seeds causing such nonsense. This wasn't an issue a year ago, and you only ever saw that friendly full figured woman that was always quick and cordial. It's weird that having more people working the drive thru made it so much worse.

Only 2 employees in the store .that's so topical these days! But they were troopers and had a smile wasn't mad or hateful didn't wait 05 min to say hello anyway good job girls

New burger k8ng and is the nastiest one in Vero. Tables are dirty floor was a mess and the bathroom soap dispenser was just laying g in the floor. A used needle was even on the floor. It is never busy when I go so they should be cleaning up through out the day. Just plain nasty

I dine here 1x week. Always very friendly & courteous. Food is fresh.

Staff is extremely rude and nasty, wait times are always 30 minutes. Do not recommend

Went through drive thru 2as told to pull around front. Waited 20 mins watched others cars get their food went inside and food wasn't even started.Lousiest customer service ever !!!!!!!!!
