The girl Ashleigh take the order was super pleasant. Fantastic customer service however. I ordered a double melt breakfast sand. With bacon even says so on my receipt. What did I get? A single with sausage. They weren't even busy. It's ok I'll bring it back after work and I did try calling goes to a non verbal voicemail and the vm box is full.
Hilariously bad customer service, lady told me to come behind the counter and get me and my friends drink cups. Today retuned good get a shake, cause why not lol, and ordered. Of course, they were out and neglected to tell us that before ordering. Was refunded, but given cash (a bit hard because both me and my friend ordered separately).Also lady that took our order just finished smoking, and instead of washing her hands, used some hand sanitizer.This place sucks :v
Place is a mess. Needs to be cleaned. Soda Machine is disgusting and out of ice. The person that waited on us had to come in from smoking outside the front door. She didn't wash her hands when coming back in. Employees were very unsanitary. 5pm and the place was empty.
Never met so many unhappy employees as we did today in Burger King. There was maybe four people inside and maybe five people at the drive-thru. The lady that took our order acted like we were disturbing her especially when we ask questions. Plus we were told that they had no chicken classics and when we asked if they had any other chicken she just gave us an eye roll. We had to wash off our own table because they were dirty we went up and asked for napkins and she informed us that they would be placed in our order when it was ready just not a happy day for them and I don't think we'll go back to see if they have any other Happy Days
Terribly understaffed, I took like 20min to get our order and they did it wrong. They charge me 1.29 extra and when I ask the cashier, she couldn't explain why. I was in a hurry and hungry, there was a long line behind me so I didn't want to make a scene. But I would recommend people to avoid this establishment.
Slow food prep. Cold fries. Wasn't busy at all. Service was good just slow at making 3 sandwiches and 1 fry.
Went through the drive thru. My wait was less than 5 minutes service was good and food was hot and fresh
Wish I would've read the reviews before going. My burger was awful. The pickles were weird and had a funny taste. I think the burger was spoiled. The patties were shriveled up. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. Worst $3 ever spent.
I purchased 2 impossible whopper meals on Thursday January 6th at aprox. 2:00pm.Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.The young woman at the window was courteous and professional.
This place is in desperate need of a supervisor visit. Terrible service, snappy employees (mainly the manager), dirty dining room tables (3 or 4 tables occupied, all other tables dirty) and order made incorrectly. Everything about this place was wrong. I'm not exaggerating. We stopped at this BK to get a quick meal before getting on the highway for a 3 hour trip back home. Bad idea. Just avoid this place. There are plenty of other BK's around the area. No reason to stop at this one, at least until they get their act together. I seriously doubt we'll be coming back.
