Had to change my review to one star after my experience this week. Got a "Big Fish" sandwich. The sandwich at first appeared to have no fish. I disassembled the sandwich and discovered an approximately 3 cm square, 3 mm thick piece of fish. The fish in question was completely dehydrated, like it had literally sat under a heat lamp for three days and then been fried again to be put on my sandwich. Taking a bite out of curiosity, I found it very difficult to bite into, like hard beef jerky. Once I cracked through the breading, I was met with the smell of rotten fish. Utterly repulsed, I was forced to spit it out. Examining the cross section, only 1 mm of that 3 mm thickness was actually rotten fish. The other 2 mm were overcooked breading. I have been eating here occasionally for the past 25 years and that was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location. I recommend you don't eat here either.
Worst fast food chain by far. Purposely puts stuff you asked not to put on, in amounts that they wouldn't do normally, on you sandwich. My mother is allergic to tomatoes. She got both tomatoes and ketchup, after asking TWICE to make sure that they did not put it on her sandwich. Can not answer the phone. Ever. Tried calling them about a missed sandwich too, and they can't ever answer the phone. I used to actually like Burger King.
They do not cater for the best interest of the customers. I arrived at 10:15 to get a whopper but they said that they were serving breakfast and I should return at 10:30. I returned at 10:30 but they said to come back at 11, Paula gave bad advise and is a poor excuse for an employee...
Tried to go there today to order my boyfriend lunch and I sat at the menu for about 5 mins and no one was saying anything through the speaker and there was a line of cars behind me so I pulled up to the window. I asked what was going on and the young man said that the workers were slow and that he doesn’t know what’s going on. I asked if he could take my order at the window or if maybe I should come inside and he turned and asked someone if they could take my order and she said no. The whole situation was very confusing I’m not sure why they couldn’t take my order?? I had seen someone walk out with food just minutes before too so I don’t know
Poor staff, they are very short handed, like everyone else, but they did well with a line at the drive thru and people inside. Nice and polite staff. Food was fresh
They did a good job for being short on staff. All the food was good and what you would expect.
I went through Friday evening and the young lady at the window was very nice. I wasn't a fan of the food but my daughter loved it. But I'm not a big fast food person lately.
I would give the store 0 stars if I could. I ordered food online for the very first time, they cancelled my order without warning after confirming the delivery twice and I was offered no explanation why. I tried to call the restaurant twice, no answer. Sad. Very Poor customer service. I hope the district manager sees this. Disgraceful.
Been to this burger King twice and it's awful. The one time I actually got onion rings I ordered I got no sauce and same for nuggets. It's as if there's a shortage of sauces and the employees get bonuses based on how many sauces they have at the end of the month. Now the other times they can't tell the difference between fries and onion rings because they read you back the order and say onion rings and give you fries.
Food is good. Coupons are amazing
