Friendly staff. Clean place. Good prices and the best part… the Bagels!!! Their food is sooo delicious!! I would highly recommend going!
There is great potential but the place is in need of strong leadership to get it's act together.Good bagels, not great eggs. Coffee bar was filthy half and half-empty no plastic cutlery or silverware, no lids for coffee.The entire place requires a serious cleaning and the very unhappy girl taking orders needs to go she's dismissive and makes zero eye contact.Sorry but you need to clean up.your act.
Staff was cheerful and friendly. Actually fun to wait on my order. Delicious and quick. Definitely an instant regular.
Very long wait for our food. Non of the staff were wearing masks and the ones that had a mask had it around their neck. Won't come back again.
I ordered a dozen bagels from Vero Beach location online on 1/2/22 to be picked up at 1pm the next day. Upon arrival I showed the girl the confirmation number on my phone and was told that she didn’t have an order for me. I explained that it was an online order and that I had prepaid. Another worker from the back yelled out that I “should have called the order in because they don’t take online orders”. I told her that I was able to order online and pay for it so what are we going to do? The girl said that I could pick 13 bagels from what they had left. They only had 2 of the bagel types that I had ordered but I took the bagels anyway. There was no apology. The bagels that I did get were unlike any bagel I had ever had there many times before. They were misshaped and had a different taste and texture. I threw them out which was probably a good move because all three of the visible workers were wearing their masks on their chins so they probably were contaminated. Way to go from my favorite bagel shop to never again. What has happened here?
Love their bagels. The only problem was they use TV screens to display their menus and too many were out so we couldn't see all the sandwiches they offer. Now I know to use their APP to order. They are busy. Sandwiches look fantastic!
The worst place I've ever been. Drove 45 minutes to throw 15.00 away on 3 bagels. Better bagels on aisle 7 in Publix. How can you call yourself a NY bagel shop? 30 minute wait for 3 bagels that we threw in the garbage. I've never been to a bagel shop in NY that didn't have sesame and the worker didn't even know what an egg bagel was. A disgrace. Cheap cream cheese and fake butter...I don't know how anyone can eat here. I'd give negative stars if I could.
This location has poor management for sure! During my visit today was assisted by the “Manager” who has no customer service skills at all. No greeting, no smile, not even “ thanks for coming “. All of the rest of the staff are great, very interactive and upbeat. The star of this store is Johnny. This guy greets and chats with all customers, and surely loves his job. This is who should be managing this business. Bagels are much much smaller, less variety to choose from , less cream cheese on bagels, tables not being cleaned. Someone needs to move “ Johnny” into a management position and send current manager back to customer service school. It does not take long to lose your customer base and never return.
Something is wrong at the Vero location. I have been buying bagels there since it opened but in the last six months or so - they just don't look or taste like they used to. Some are misshaped, burned on the edge, and soft on the outside. Please fix this.
The only reason it's not a 5 is because they're too pricey. I'm from Brooklyn and they're cheaper back home! It's not like they're foreign imports. It's freaking water! Bagels are good though, too pricey
