It was ok. I don't eat fast food often. Feel a salad is a little expensive without chicken....

So when I said no mayo that doesn’t mean just slap a chicken patty on buns and call it a spicy chicken sandwich.This is some gas station quality food right here.

This place is a joke. Wait times through the roof. The raspy voiced lady and Terri are terrible at their jobs and should be fired asap to save this Location. The tattooed guy is very professional and is the saving grace of this place currently

Food quality always fails here. I've tried a few times in a rush to go to this Wendy's hoping it is just the lack of staffing, but at this point I'm not going to try it again. I order the 4 for $4 and my burger was freezing cold and half the bun was as hard as a rock. It must have been sitting out all day. Fries are covered in so much salt that I had to throw them out. Now I love salt so for me to throw away fries, it has to be bad. All that was salvageable was the chicken nuggets. I also ordered a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, but it came with no bacon.Go to Culver's or even McDonalds. Don't waste your time or money here. I spent almost $9 on a soda and 4 piece chicken nugget.

Not busy inside, I’m the only car in the drive-thru and it’s 10 minutes and counting for my order. This is definitely NOT fast food.

Literally just left with 2 other cars behind and all no one answered the phone or drive through! They were all just sitting up front on the outside table doing nothing but talking. They even seen us come around.

How can a brand new Wendy's in such a busy location be so terrible? Visit and find out. Or go LITERALLY anywhere else and save yourself from this horrifying location.

Ordered a grilled hot chicken sandwich and got a hamburger!!! When I called when I got home they were closed already, this is unacceptable.

EDIT: The GM at this location did contact me via email as requested with a sincere apology, which is much appreciated. As someone who has worked in food service and largely in customer service as a whole, his timely response and efforts to make things right is something I recognize and respect. While I couldn't delete this post for some odd reason, I did edit it to reflect the follow up, changing the rating from 1 to 4 stars. Thank you!

I ordered ahead on the website for drive thru and everything went smoothly.
