Sad to see this Wendy's isn't as good as it use to be. I understand that fast food restaurants are struggling to hire/keep staff, but I've been to this specific location 1x per month for the last few months and still slow service & cold food. Seems like they can't get it together...
Mobile order. Was ready when I arrived. Fries were hot and crispy. First time trying Bacon Cheddar Burger. It was very good. Order was complete. No problems.
There are a couple shining stars on staff, that make the place bearable, but, generally the food has lost its "pop" over the last couple years.The fries used to be crispy, salty and fresh, but are now limp and dingy - probably because the oil is used more often and changed less, to cut down on costs.The bacon, as an example, used to be crispy on your sandwich, but now, it's like jerky, because it's been sitting awhile before use. The lettuce is limp and lifeless, the onions stringy and tomatoes are paper thin.I'm sure other items are better, but, I'm a fixed eater - I stick to the basics.The Frosty is the only thing that keeps me coming back.Like Burger King, cost cuts are apparently making Wendy's just another burger joint.
I waited in line for 20 minutes at drive through and was never able to order. The lady working there kept coming back to the microphone and saying we will be with you in a moment. I could hear someone yelling and arguing in the background. The man in the car at the window never did get his food and she never did take my order. This was on December 30, 2021 between 1230 130 pm.
We stopped for lunch at 11:15 today. we got two single cheeseburgers that were not hot and the bun seemed old. I have been going to Wendys restaurant for decades. These were the worst sandwiches I haver ever gotten from Wendys.
Stupid place. Doesn’t open until 9am, also doesn’t put a sign on the door saying it’s drive though only. I have a 10’ tall vehicle and just want some food. So I got here at 830 waited for a locked door. I can’t even use the app and park in the space because it’s drive through pick up only. Nobody else at the store but I can’t get served. So instead of a fed customer, this business gets a bad review. If you want customers, make it easy otherwise they will go elsewhere.
At 6:58pm after waiting in line for 15min a Wendy’s associate came on stating that her register was closed & when I asked what time they closed she started yelling profane things at me and asking if I understood English. I have NEVER in my life encountered an associate that would do such a thing and treat someone that way. I do NOT recommend coming to this establishment at all.
Very disappointed. Venice FL Didn't have grilled chicken. Closed early 7pm and was told because due to lack of staff
The new fries are actually really good. The staff is super friendly as this location. They have really stepped it up from two years ago it was awful.
Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers will always have a special place in my heart. JBC?
