I understand it has grown more expensive to eat out, but this was a bit much. $25 for a slice of pizza, a Coke, and a chili dog with fries. The fries were good, the service was good, but the pizza was not very good and the wife didn't even finish it. The chili dog was okay. And when was the last time you received a 3.99 percent surcharge for using a credit card?
Great little place downtown. I had the Strawberry Fields sundae - so good! Excellent service provided by Marissa. Definitely enjoyed the outside seating. Nice and shady.
Went to grab dinner with our sons who were in town, walked in, no one said anything to us at all, so we went and sat at the counter area as seats were open, of course we were waiting for it to be wiped down, as the area had food crust etc. the ladies behind the counter were frustrated and busy, and miserable, we sat there at least 5 to 8 minutes before one acknowledged us. She ask what we wanted, we said can we have a minute, she said ok and walked away to wait on someone else, she never ask if we wanted a drink, wtf, poor poor customer service, never cleaned the counter, we sat there another 10 minutes watching them actually dish out ice cream that was partially melted, that did not seem right, then several customers came over and said they were leaving, they had sat 30 minutes or more and never waited on, a couple then came in the door and was waited on immediately and taken to a seat, hmm must of knew them, we then were done, we got up and left this miserable tourist trap, the health dept should be called, and the people fired or closed, no customer service what so ever. We are locals and have told all our friends etc. We will never return to this place. Actually quite a few tourist traps in venice that our family and friends will never return too. We will keep our money in our pockets.
When they say the biggest slice in town, they mean it...Wow. The pizza was delicious and the coffee ice cream had a wonderful hand-crafted taste and texture. Really nice casual atmosphere with fun, upbeat, courteous staff.
There are several negative reviews that I so before I came here, now after eating here certain they are just disgruntled people who like taking it out on other people. The pizza was awesome oh, tons of flavor. I got the meat lovers by the slice. The slices are huge. Will definitely be coming back.
Just returned from a week on Venice Beach. Found this gem! Ask for Bailey or Madison, great service! The food was outstanding!

Do not waste your $’s on this awful pizza
Quite a pathetic first and only time experience (06.29.2021). Mediocre food and lousy service. Our drinks were never refilled even though we asked our server. When our pizza finally did come out a giant slice of our pizza was completely missing and the only explanation we got was "the pizza monster took a slice". Also, our pizza was never sliced and we received nothing to cut it with either. Meanwhile while trying to rip the pizza apart, one of our beverages spilled and three servers (including our own) looked at the mess and walked away. The remainder of our visit, not a single employee came over to help clean up what had spilled all over the floor. The quarter of pizza that was promised we actually did receive but was doughy, half baked and inedible.
