My first time trying Valenti's Ristorante. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for take out. I met the original owners son he told me they have been in business for 38 years ( if my memory is correct). I arrived early so was encouraged to go into the lounge area. Very nice room. I was amazed at the large area the restaurant encompasses. All staff was friendly. The calamari looked and was told by the person that ordered it that it was very good. My pizza was good, but not in my top 5 list of best pizza in the area. I recommend this nice vibe restaurant

5-26-22 - Have eaten at Valenti's a few times since buying my condo in venice , it's always been good, but tonight I went to have dinner with my wife and should have walked out after having my appetizer that looked DISGUSTING .it was supported to be octopus in a marinara sauce, it was served in a bowl of oil with a piece of tomato. I couldn't believe that the so called chef sent that out to a customer:, and that the waiter didn't notice it either. We sent it back and ordered a tomato and mozzarella salad and that was drowning in oil too . Then we ordered dinner and that really was BAD . When the waiter asked how our meal was and I said the best thing of our meal was the wine .all we were asked is if we wanted desert and we said WE HAD ENOUGH . The owner NEVER CAME OVER to apologize or anything. We paid the bill and left. BOTTOM LINE IS this restaurant does not CARE what they serve people as long as you pay your bill . Don't waste your time or money eating at this restaurant unless you like eating SLOP . THIS PLACE HAVE NO CLASS , I WON'T BE BACK . Been sick ALL NIGHT

We just had a delicious dinner at Valenti's in their Bistro. Food was as wonderful as always. The owners had previously prided themselves in creating a very special, intimate speak-easy type setting in the Bistro. Tonight's experience was a huge disappointment because the female waitress was singing loudly and totally ruined the experience Her singing was inappropriate, annoying and detracted from the ambiance . At one point the waitress was encouraging other patrons to sing with her. We have frequented Valenti's Bistro for years. The singing was highly offensive and a distraction. And, sadly cheapened the Bistro setting. Please advise your staff to refrain from detracting from the beautiful setting you have created. This is not a "sing-a-long" cheap bar. Several times, we had to stop our conversation because we were unable to hear the conversation at our table because of your staff's singing.

Delicious Italian fare at a reasonable price. Place was clean and comfortable with great service. Beware: They currently open for dinner st 4 pm; no lunch service. My wife and I had the meatballs as an appetizer; two large meatballs that were creamy and delicious with a good amount of marinara. I had the shrimp and linguine with a garlic white wine sauce. I thought it was light on the garlic, but it hit me on the drive home. I got 10 large shrimp and had enough to take home for the next evening's dinner. My wife had fettuccine alfredo with chicken and declared it on par with our favorite Italian restaurant on Waikiki (long since closed) - high praise from her. She too had enough for the next night, and we brought home a chocolate lava cake for later. We'll be back for sure!

We ordered a white pie and a traditional - both excellent - crispy, flavorful, with the right amount of sauce and cheese. We also enjoyed a fresh antipasto that had delicious house-made dressing with a side of homemade rustic bread. Their chicken soup was truly authentic - simple and delicious!!!! Although this was a take-out order, the service was exceptional - right down to the owner carrying the food to our car! We can't wait to dine in at Valenti's on our return trip back to Venice!!!!

This was the 1st time visiting Valenti's and I wasn't let down. The food was delicious and was prepared with obvious care and love. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. I will be returning soon. Great job to all.

Service was fair to poor. Our main waiter was good but the girl who was helping out needed more training. Whenever we thanked her, her answer was yea. The older gentleman behind the counter when we came in was rude. The only positive was the food was delicious.

Although not "fancy", food is fantastic and truly Italian from the appetizers thru the desserts. The Antipasto was full of typical starter foods e.g. olives, prosciutto, cheeses and breads (on the side...still warm). They make their own desserts...see them in the case as you are seated. Service was good despite the restaurant being almost to capacity.

Authentic food and excitement. Give it a try!!

????The food and atmosphere were great! Our waitress Jan left a lot to be desired. Took over 10 minutes to get water. She never returned to see how our food was. When I asked the price of desserts she said she had no idea and never offered to check. Also didn’t come back to check us out at the table. ????
