Went there for early morning breakfast for their new I believe it's $5 breakfast box it was phenomenal and the guy working was phenomenal I had forgotten my wallet and just bought brought cash and for some reason I thought I brought bigger bills anyways long story short I had ordered 5 breakfast boxes right when they opened because I didn't realize that they opened at the time they did I thought they opened at 6 for some reason anyways Not only was my food hot fresh and actually made really good and portion size was very good and even throughout the burritoGoing back to what I was saying about the staff the gentleman that took my order that morning as I said I ended up being like $0.45 short and he went ahead and took care of it. I haven't caught the guy but I gone back twice now because I wanted to give a tip for my appreciation anyway so does a great location and has a great staff PS excuse my punctuation I'm using text to talk and I have to figure out the settings on this phone as it is a new phone and I haven't figured out how to have the text to talk punctuate because when I say an actual punctuation word it's spelled it out rather than using it
This place can f up a wet dream. It's bad enough when they screw up an order with 5 items that 2 are modified, but when you go back through and order 1 item and they screw that up ,this place is bad. Make sure you check all of your food before you even pull away from the window.
Ordered breakfast off of the app yesterday. Got home only to realize they messed up my entire order, called immediately to make them aware. The opener told us he mixed it up with a doordash order, and said he would remake our meal the next morning, wouldnt have gone back the next morning- but had a $20 orders worth. So today I am back, asking about my order and they are acting like they know nothing about it and will not remake it for us, and are ignoring me as I stand in the restaurant waiting for someone to assist me. Our messed up order was terrible anyhow. Breakfast burritos were falling apart and what not.
Typical Taco Bell. We ordered a dozen items and only one was forgotten(cinnamon twists). Food wasn't too slow or fast and was made decently.
I ordered food from this Taco Bell on March 6, through the app. My food was paid for before I went to pick it up. I got there and they claimed that they didn’t have the food to make my order. I was not able to cancel my order through the app at that time. I made several complaints through the app and by calling Taco Bell itself. I still have not received my refund for food that I paid for, but did not receive. ?

Visited on 1-15, and purchased something Taco Bell was advertising as a Taco Pass that was supposed to provide a free taco each day for 30 days.Today, 1-16 I visited this same location where I made the purchase and was refused.If they are not participating, I should not have been able to order the pass there.But, even if there is confusion between the franchisee and corporate, anybody with any concern for customers would have given me at least one complimentary taco as a service recovery.But, unfortunately the person in charge, Lisa, seemed to relish the opportunity to say no. I guess it makes her feel powerful. Maybe she likes negative reviews so she won't have to work in a busy restaurant. Judging by the opinions of others here, it looks like they have become quite adept at disappointing customers.
I've only ever been through the drive-thru for lunch, typically pretty late, 2pm - 4pm.They didn't have the 2 sodas available that I ALWAYS get at the Bell, so they gave me a bigger size at no extra charge. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating.
Worst location ever….pick another location.. Is there a manager here? Order wrong twice…and the food we got was a soggy mess. Called to talk to a manager. Phone just rang until finally someone picked up the phone then hung up. Called again twice more and same thing happened. They weren’t busy either…only one other customer in store. Employees there were just lazy and could care less.
Good for a local restaurant when your hungry and don't know what else to eat or don't wanna cook..
