First time here...Service was good & the staff was friendly...I love oxtail, thus that's what I ordered, it was good & tender, but not the best I've had & my rice was undercooked...But, we'll definitely be back to try other dishes...

Been here for years just found it come here you won't be disappointed best restaurant I've been to now my favorite

Delicious food, great view, fun and friendly staff. We got the Jerk Chicken and Rice & beans as well as Curry Chicken bowl. Both dishes were amazing had a great spice to them. Unknown to us we had ducked in right before they closed and the staff was so kind our entire meal. The most surprising fact was it was PERFECT for KIDS! Great kids menu for picky eaters. The kids loved watching the planes taxi around the runway.

Wow this little place is a hidden gym. Simple food and gourmet food in one place. The island style cooking is apparent in the menu . The stuffed French toast was amazing!

Well hello from Venice Florida. Question do you like waiting to get a seat you better love it because coming here you will be waiting especially on the weekends. For those who have not visited the restaurant is on the smaller side but the character is large. The wait staff do their best to get you in, get you fed and out the door. This is a very popular spot for breakfast weekends be prepared and again prepare to wait. But your waiting will be rewarded. If you have not visited you are encouraged to go once check it out for yourself I think you'll like it. My wife and I came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning and we enjoyed our experience we believe the same will be true for you.

The best kept secret in Venice! Food is incredible. So many favorites here…the chicken curry, Cuban sandwich, French toast, omelets, biscuits and gravy….so much to love about this place. Chef Tony and staff do an amazing job.

A great staff, so friendly. The Cuban sandwich is superb! Best one I have ever had! The owners are so friendly. Dimitri, our server took great care of us. So fun to watch the planes come and go. Plans to come back for breakfast. Small, family owned, great atmosphere and great food. Doing it right!!!

Cute place, a little hard to find. Mixed feelings on the food.I had the Cuban sandwich but asked to have rye instead of Cuban bread. The waiter was great but the other people working seemed to have a problem with the request. They had our waiter come back to the table and ask me again if I really wanted rye. I confirmed and they still had a problem with it. When a different server brought it out, she commented with a little huff that “well that’s different “ I wasn’t trying to offend anyone. That being said it was the best Cuban I have ever had ( rye bread and all!)My husband ordered the BLT and it was mediocre. Skimpy on the bacon. We will definitely go back and I will get the Cuban again and my husband will try something different. Many options on menu

Best sandwich shop in town. I have been down here in Florida for 35 years year-round and still is the best place to get a Cuban sandwich. You do not have to go up 2 Ybor CityLet's not tell too many people. A special thanks to Tony the chef and to the wait staff. Maybe we all will get back to normal and get out and enjoy our local restaurants here in Venice Florida

I love local places! This quaint place is filled with delicious food, down home foods with a tropical flair you’ll never get bored with. Service is perfect and it seems the rule they all pitch in and help each other to deliver great dining experience. Thick slice of Ham, eggs, potato fries were superb. Lots of blueberries in the pancakes And endless coffee were delicious. And it was fun to watch the airplanes land and take off right in front of the wall to walk windows. Specials of the day were intriguing so I will be back for lunch soon!! Don’t forget , they close about two.
