How any one could take an established pillar restaurant and make it horrible, is beyond me. To start with the place is small and screams poverty. Not updated at all. The toaster is always broken and other equipment seems to fail regularly. Finally the staff.. omg.. the staff… horrible. The owner needs to stay home. Takes her 5 minutes to make a sandwich (not kidding). The guy is better but not speedy either. The two together is like a scene out of I love Lucy. Go to extra two miles north on tamiami to the other location. No comparison
Dirty inside none of the tables were clean. They didn’t have half of the meat an cheese or the veggies. Toaster didn’t work the employee was to busy watching cricket on his phone. Didn’t make the salad right the sandwich was dry worst subway I’ve ever been to would never go here again.
There was only one employee in the store and sadly she was barely able to physically do the job. She walked with great difficulty and needed to lean with both elbows and forearms across the food prep area to support herself. There was only one person ahead of us but we had to wait a long time while she attempted to separate 2 slices of cheese. Her diminished small motor skills made it so difficult for her to make a sandwich. I felt bad for her but ultimately her laying across the food was too much for us and we left without ordering.
Slowest service of any restaurant I have ever experienced. I placed an online order for pick up at 11am when I arrived at 11:15 the lone employee was just starting my order. This was the only order she had and it took until 11:45 to make 4 subs
They were out of steak and tuna, the sandwich maker looked bored and in need of customer service training, the meat looked suspect, worst Subway I've ever visited.
Worst service I have ever seen at a subway. This manager should be fired she was the worst employee in the shop. Took over 45 minutes to get 4 subs made and there was only one customer in the store. Will never visit this particular subway again.
Our sandwiches were good. The guy behind the counter was so friendly! His customer service skills should be rewarded.
Went at 918pm on Tuesday night. Online it states the store is open until 10 pm. There was two workers who work there sitting there chatting with all the lights on, open sign on and they told us they are closed. That they closed at 9pm…… I honestly don’t know if that is true, but just an FYI. They need to fix their website, Google search and Facebook. Facebook states 930pm, website says 10pm and Google search says 10pm…. But employees say 9pm ??♀️
Filthy, very poor sanitary practices. They need to hire a janitor...or fire one. If you leave here and don't question if consuming the sandwich you just purchased is a wise choice...Seek HelpOne employees appeared sick, although he was wearing a mask he was still coughing into his elbow the entire time he prepared the customer's food. I hardly blame the employee who is probably paid minimum wage and can't afford to take a day off. However the company certainly would have saved more money paying this employee to stay home, rather than lost business over a bad review.
three strikes - first visit no employees inside and no one found. second visit, girl outside smoking at high top table, asked us to wait while she finishes cigarette. third visit, guy manager and same girl both outside smoking and no one inside, upon leaving the girl said they were both on break.
