My partner and I had a craving for subway today & stopped in to see there was a new employee named Amanda working there. Noticed she was the only employee working & might I say for how busy it was, she handled herself so well and was so nice & patient with everyone she was dealing with! Plus she makes some bomb subs, definitely gonna return knowing she’s working there!

My favorite subway shop. Not too busy, easy access, and friendly sandwich makers. Marilyn pretty much knows what I like and how to overbuild it. It’s where I get my Keto protein and veggies for the day. I’m a loser, not the biggest, yet. And it’s delicious trying.

Love the new inside and the store is always clean. Employees are always so nice and seem to keep busy.

Not fresh, old dry turkey and rotten spinach. Sandwich tasted off and made me throw up. I contacted subway and the owner, he said sorry, but refused to replace the meal with a fresh one as I expected when I originally visited. Totally the wrong response by the owner, when your food is sub par old and makes someone sick, you replace the meal, not just say sorry and hope to never see them again. Hopefully the owner Mr Dilip Patel decides to provide the correct response and replace my meal. If he does then I will replace this review with a new one based on that meal experience wether it's good or not.

I ordered a steak and cheese melt with double meat via the app. When I arrived at the store, one of the employees had just started the sandwich. I saw him put all the ingredients on the bread. I assumed he was going to put it in the oven to make it a melt. Instead, wrapped it up and put it in a bag and gave it to me. I said, "Did you make this a melt?" He said yes. Then I asked if he heated the steak and cheese before he put it on the bread, he said yes. His co-worker was even confused, saying to the one who made my sandwich, "Did you really make that a melt?" The one who made my sandwich again said yes. I went out to my car and opened my sandwich. Everything was cold: the meat, the cheese, the veggies, the bread. And the cheese was in the unmelted, triangular-sliced shape. He flat out lied to me. And there wasn't double meat.Also, the whole time he was making my sandwich, he was talking politics with another customer about how businesses can't find people to work for them because people would rather stay at home and collect money from the government.It is a shame that Subway obviously put a lot of work and money into refreshing its image and quality of food, but at this restaurant, that work has gone to wasteThe only reason I gave two stars instead of one is when I got home, I put the sandwich, open faced, in our air fryer to make it a melt. It wasn't half bad.
