Rather kind and courteous ordering and service. I ordered the family breakfast special for myself to try all the different morning sandwiches.The sandwiches did not disappoint as they were generous is proportion, very tasty and extremely fresh as well an amazing value!My favorite has to be the avocado one.
Their soup is good but the soup portions at Panera are very very small for the price. I ordered a bowl, and was given a cup, went back and got the bowl which wasn't even half full for almost $10!! This same sequence of events happened to me at another Panera as well which makes me think its done on purpose. That price for the quantity is a rip off! Needless to say I won't ever order soup there again.
The food is consistently the quality you would expect from Panera. Good, and a quick decent meal. Dining in there are rarely any problems, however it seems like every time I’ve gotten takeout there’s consistently something missing from the bag. Sometimes it’s small stuff - croutons for the soup, silverware, etc. Sometimes it’s things I’ve paid for. The food is still good, just check your bag before you leave the store!
Today was my 12th time I went in for coffee and breakfast and they've only been open 15 minutes; and there are out of coffee already. There were 5 people in the place. The people I visit with there also experience the no coffee right after opening. And it doesn't help When Kelly makes the statement that no on is perfect. REALLY! If you can't keep coffee available in this type of business; you shouldn't be there. You're definitely not a manager.
Today I picked up 2 “bowl” of chicken noodle soup around 330p. We were having it with-our dinner.Just AWFUL. No chicken…. Broken bits of noodles and All broth. Just awful. I do not recommend eating at least this location either. It needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Huge disappointment!
I’m not one to waste my time writing reviews but today’s visit to Panera in Venice was awful. Both of our lunches were terrible and not what we requested. The dishes and cups were dirty, the floors had crumpled papers and crumbs everywhere. What a mess. When I brought this to the attention of the manager it was not well received. Beware, there are better places to dine in Venice.
Ordered with the app and food was ready when I arrived. Excellent sandwich and soup. The place was very clean and not crowded. Never had a bad experience at any Panera's at any of their locations.
Our food was fresh, Lauren had answers for all of our questions and was extremely helpful. We eat at Panera from coast to coast and never had such great service and food! I have limited food options due to allergies and this was a great Panera experience!
The food was great. The service was not good at all. Take out order was never put on the pick up shelf for pickup. There was more goofing off than customer service. I had to ask about the order after waiting 15 minutes. This was after an hour waiting for their estimated pick-up time. Only to find out they had no clue where my order was. But there was an order sitting off to the side behind the counter. So I asked if that was my order. Again, they had no clue. After giving him the name, it took another 8 minutes to confirm that it was, in fact, my oder.
Beware! Even for in-store pickup (not just delivery or curbside), the prices in the Panera Bread app are higher than if you order in the store at this location.I contacted Panera corporate because I was curious why they would charge more when I do the “work” of ordering instead of a cashier, but they said the decision to charge higher prices when using the app is made by the franchisee.
