Much larger inside than it appears. Plenty of seating,fast pleasant service,good food and plenty of it! I had the meatball sub,my friend the roast beef. Next time I'll get the roast beef it was huge you can hardly get your mouth around it.

Came to Venice Beach for a vacation. Wanted a sub but wanted a sub from a local joint, not a big name place. Gave these guys a chance. Got the tuna sub and it was delicious. It’s very hard to find good quality tuna but this place reminded of a sub shop I grew up going to in my hometown. Would totally recommend, go for it!
Nice fresh bread!! The Italian sub is very very good. The meat is cut per order, the toppings are fresh and the sauce they use is fabulous. Definitely worth a visit. ???
Was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I had the Spicey Italian. The meat was cut right there when I ordered. The bread was very good as well. Will go back and try some other sandwiches soon.
We've been ordering from the Island location for some time almost daily (Monday-Friday). Have not had such a good experience with their staff. I have come across some of the rudest young employees ever. Did speak with the owner on one occasion about the situation and it seemed to get worse after. Called and left a message for the owner after the experience happened again with "such" employee and never heard back. Finally had my LAST experience with them and due to "Sadie" we will NEVER order from them again. Thank you!

Food was almost 2 hrs late, the girl who took the order had no knowledge of the menu. When the food arrived items were missing , I called to put in a complaint, the manager's excuse was we are busy honey . Well, I guess from now on I tell my patient's Im busy honey . How unprofessional ...
Love Obee’s, been coming here for years. The people there are always nice. The subs are the best, the prices are even better. I like that there are 2 locations in Venice, but limited parking is a downside. But usually worth the wait.
