Great food, excellent service, beautiful place to meet with friends for lunch
It is a lovely place and the food was very good, but---how they charge for their items is a bit unfair &/or misleading. It does state on the menu the additional charge of $2.00 for a kosher dill pickle & chips with a Sandwich, but: An order of the Morning Croissant Sandwich with morning potato, tomato, egg & cheese was $9.99 on menu, however they charged $3.35 for the Croissant & $6.84 for the "combo egg, cheese, pot., tom." A friend wanted "a fried egg on toast"---she was charged for 2 eggs @ $7.98 plus $3.18 for 2 slices of toast. One Americano Coffee was $3.75 plus extra .25 for Decaf. These should be clearly written on the menu or told to the customer.
My girlfriend and I ate at Mon Ami restaurant yesterday. We both found the food delicious. And the waitstaff friendly and accommodating. This is definitely a hidden gem in Venice. A must try. ?
Great little cafe. Super clean with great food and friendly staff. Their cakes are unspeakably good. Owners are lovely, very professional and being Ukrainians, they could do with our business and support at this time. Get down there now, you won't regret it
Don’t miss this new kid on the block Mon Ami Café — a foodies dream cafe and bakery. Amazing options for breakfast, lunch, beach picnics, and afternoon tea. From crepes, croissant sandwiches and seven different homemade soups you will not be disappointed! Build your own or order off the menu. Do not skip dessert from amazing chocolate croissants, Homemade ice creams, Queen Cake, Ferrero Cake… and call ahead for their made to order fresh Vatrushka (farmers cheese with raisins).

Very elegant place , super clean with variety of food for breakfast and lunch . Really recommend to try falafels with beet salad or others salad on a top , the best!
We visited Mon Ami Cafe while staying in Florida for vacation. Very nice ambiance. Outside sitting is very cozy and inviting. The food is delicious and the service is great. Would recommend to visit for tasty meal.
Wonderful Coffee Cafe! Stopped to grab a quick bite. Had the Avocado Toast-excellent. Cappuccino best I've had anywhere. Will be back. Friendly and clean.
A delicious lunch at a hefty price.Went there for the Rueben. What I got was a tasty sandwich at the perfect temperature, a good proportion of melted cheese and kraut, humble but well-made rye, and a handful of artisanal chips with just the right amount of seasoning - and a check that seemed to be for a meal about a third again as large as the one I ate.Don't get me wrong - the food, service, and environment were all lovely. It's just that the price puts the experience outside what I would have considered for lunch. If the meal ended up around $12, I would have considered this place about perfect.
