Fast service but the young man with greasy hair at the window didn't say word to us...no Hello, how are you today or anything....really? And they want 15.00 an hour. Whatever wages go up, food prices go up to cover wages, food portions smaller and then people stop eating out. Take shower son.
Long wait and the food wasn't fresh. This place has had problems for years. About the only good thing is it's location.
I work at this McDonald's. It is one of the best jobs I've ever had. The only issue is lack of staff making us have to close the lobby in order to handle customer service. Please apply or visit us soon
The guy taking my order in the drive-through was very polite as he described to me the fact that their soft drink machine is broken. How can it be at McDonald’s without the soft drinks? So I ordered the Shamrock shake which was on the menu. Including there big menu board. But alas, they did not have that either.
Horrible mcdonald’s. Ordered a Cheeseburger and they gave me a chicken sandwich in a cheeseburger wrapper. Didn’t fill soda or fries to the top. Also ordered and Hamburger for my lactose intolerant sister and they gave us a Cheeseburger in a hamburger wrapper.
I ordered a large water and they handed it to me with no lid, i didn’t realize until i pulled away and it had spilled all over me, no one told me they were out of large lids. i pull around a second time and order a medium water, telling them what happened and that i was willing to pay for the first drink (they didn’t make me pay for) and the medium i was then getting. when i pulled up she handed me an empty cup and when i asked her for the water too she rolled her eyes at me and shut the window in my face. came back with the water, i said thank you, went to hand her the change, and she shut the window on me again and walked away. i gave them a call right after and was very nice i didn’t want to argue or fight, she claimed she never rolled her eyes. although she was nice on the phone, actions speak louder than words. and all i ordered was a water.
Rude management as well as a heavyset white lady in the grill area in the early morning on a Fri mrng. They all got upset with me for bringing up a food safety hazard in which I saw to their attention to correct. Look at this picture below (cheese and bacon on the same rack). Those who do not eat pork / meat substance my get sick from this. They called the police for me to leave. I called the corporate office a few mins later to bring it to their attention. The Supervisor later apologized to me for the bad experience I had in this location.
Best McD’s! I rarely visit and am almost always disappointed but this location was great. The intercom was broken, but the fries were hot, crispy and the perfect amount of salt. Coke was the perfect compliment and the sandwiches were not thrown together sloppily ?
Despite the fact that the door lists dining room hours, the door is locked. No additional note. No provision for those who don't drive a vehicle that fits through the drive-thru. Just pitiful.
Friendliest McDonald's I've been to in years. Great job.
