We did mobile app today and 2 days ago. Both times our order was not right. Today I went back to let them know and the manager was nasty. I told her I was upset because the first time I let it slide but today I came back. I ask her how hard it was to get an order right, and she says " "well you can apply cause we are short handed and the kids here are working their summer vacation". Then she hands me my food and says "there's a application in the bag for you". Not professional at all. She does not look professional at all either!!! Will not be going back to this McDs!!!!! I will be calling corporate on this manager!!!!
We tried to Dine-In on an afternoon visit but we're very surprised to find the dining room locked. Many people were turned away from the dining room. We ended up going through the drive thru for the expensive and almost $30 bill for the usual less than commercially seen food. Mediocre and a usual disappointment but the French Fries we're good and fresh. ? I had a Big Mac and always order extra sauce. The meat is shrinking and the buns seem to be the majority of the meal. ?
Always get great deals from this location and I use my mobile app for rewards and deals. Always receive great service and fresh hot fries and nuggets from this location!
For a McDonalds, this is one of the best locations I have been too. I have been numerous times and they have yet to mess up my order. It is still McDonalds food quality but the service and accuracy has been great.
I got two big mac's with extra mac sauce, a large fry, and a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. There was no extra mac sauce, the fries were cold and soggy, and they gave me a 4 piece when I paid for a 6 piece nuggets. Also the toy wasn't a toy at all. It was some 3d paper card. Over all a huge let down. We will not select this location again. Very disappointing.
Once again wrong order when they did get the order it was tempted at best. And how do you not have fountain service drinks in an established restaurant like this on a regular basis ?

This McDonalds use to be good. Lately not so much. Ordered 2 cheese burger meal and got home and the cheese burgers aren't even wrapped up. The wrapper is just on top of them.
Incorrect order was returned and three tries later they still had gotten a simple order wrong. Very frustrating. I understand the staff shortages in general are an issue these days, but it was slow and they appeared to have sufficient staff. I usually refrain from negative reviews, but this is not the first time. It is however, my last time at this location.
8:30pmmean tone when ordering, Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, with the most basic 9$ order. 1 car in front of us it was not busy. Then we pull up and its of course just highschool girls that don't care about --anything--! Then we wait another 5 mins while the girl at the window is on her phone scrolling. Then of course our order is ice cold and neither the burger or fries are cooked. This is just classic mcdonalds everywhere at this point.
