No special that seen online they had. Employees on they phones, when taking money. People just hanging you food not saying anything or waiting for you to say a word.
Fast food FAST!! Imagine that. I forgot to order the wife a frozen coke, so I went inside instead of going thru the drive thru. When I went inside to order it, and told them I'd forgotten to order it the first time, they said no problem, and gave it to me FREE!!! One of the better McDonalds I've been to (in Florida!).
had the most disgusting customer service experience imaginable, my husband and I had come through the drive thru shortly after 1:30, we had attempted to use the kiosk (which didn’t print our receipt/send through our order) and we pressed the help button 3 times and nobody served us. We then decided to go though the drive thru (big mistake) we ordered a large coca cola frozen and we’re given a medium being told that’s what we had ordered even though the operator CLEARLY repeated (large) back to us. When we got to the window Marian the manager was an absolute nightmare, she refused to upsize our drink (because we paid for a medium) and didn’t even seem the least bit apologetic. She told us it wasn’t her problem and she would not help us. We were both in shock that a person let alone a MANAGER could treat my husband and I with so much disrespect. This will be without a doubt be reported to head office, Marian if you are reading this I hope you have a horrible day.
They never seem to get the order correct. They are way over priced for the quality of food. I now know why I go to McDonald's less and less
I went thru the drive thru and asked for 2 Sundays . 1 split in half for my 3 year olds. I was handed 1carmel Sunday and 1 sloppy vanilla Sunday cup with whip cream. I explained I wanted the 2 nd one in half in 2 cups with a dot of whip cream for the little kids. The big woman told me to do it myself in my car.I refused and she took them back told me whip cream didn’t go on Sundays and told me from now on to go to another Mac Donald’s. .Pathetic woman when my grandson just got out of surgery!!! “Karen” needs to be fired immediately!!!! No excused for her immature behavior. So we left without kids Sundays!
We often get old, strong coffee. They should toss their coffee after a given time. As we use the drive through, now I taste it before driving on.
The drinks are not self-service here, which is probably a good thing during covid.
Customer service was very good. Very respectful representatives. Overall great experience despite being there countless times.
I go to a lot of McDonald's all over the West coast of Florida and if you and Central Florida, and I have to say I was very happy and impressed with this McDonald's I have to give them five stars just for the kindness that they showed others while I was there. An elderly lady was very confused about some of the pricing and they went out of there way to help her out and to get her what she wanted at the cheapest price she possibly could. The staff member who was instructed by the manager to help this very frustrated elderly lady to download the McDonald's app so she could get her coffee and stuff everyday at the lowest price.And for this act of kindness and to go out of their way when they were in the busiest part of their morning was amazing thank you Venice McDonald's We salute You..Managers and staff included you are all very kind thank you very much for your act of kindness..
