This is a great place for candy. You do get what you pay for but 75.00 for two pounds of chocolate is a bit high but worth it.
No restrooms for customers? That’s a joke. Customer service was sub par. Ice cream was good.
I know kilwins is a chain like any place else. But their prices are unreasonable. I would never go back
The girl working there is nasty. She looks absolutely miserable, she yelled at my parents and my son who crossed over a line they were supposed to wait at because they wanted to see what flavors there were. How about you put the flavors on a board above and you won’t have people trying come past your dumb line to figure out what they want?Get employees that aren’t spoiled brats and yell at customers.
Great ice cream and hard working kids serving very fast service. Give them all a big tip!!!
I used to love Kilwins! Seems like the quality of their ice cream has gone down and their prices have skyrocketed!
All employees were nice except for one young boy. He had an attitude. He could have been having a bad day.
Very high priced and low quantity. Bought two scoops of chocolate and peanut butter ice cream.....asked specifically to grab scoops with peanut butter chunks in them as well as chocolate. Scoops were very small and had one huge chunk of peanut butter at bottom.....basically all chocolate ice cream. Not worth$10.

I have been going to Kilwin's in Venice for more than 20 years, but haven't been there since before Covid. I was extremely disappointed in my favorite ice cream, toasted coconut. The portion was very small and the ice cream melted so fast indicating it was aerated. The ice cream was always very dense and delicious. This was very bland and as stated melted faster than you could eat it. I will not be returning. I should had thought something was up because there was no line to get ice cream. Usually there was a very long line to get ice cream, so this must be the "new" normal for Kilwin's and people are not going there for ice cream. The ice cream shop a few blocks down from Kilwin's was packed with people. Next time I will get ice cream there. So sad.......
