Very disappointing experience…. waited close to an hour for a simple small pizza… tables that came after us already got served and yet no one cared about our table. To-go orders took priority. Not ok! Never received the pizza… turns out our order was never put in!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. We were regulars there for years and this is how we’re treated?! We did not even get an apology… Never again!!!!
Best pizza ever. I've been/ lived all over the USA and I've tried them all. This is my favorite pie hands down.
Excellent food in a pleasant atmosphere. More family oriented, but top notch pizza spot Italian. Quality ingredients with a friendly service approach.
These guys got great pizza. It's my favorite in the area. But they got a problem with help or something... Every time I've ordered, it's been over an hour for delivery. And I live like 3 mi or less away. One time I figured it was just because it was a Friday night but the other times - no good reason I could think of and today in the middle of the day I'm told deliveries are running behind because of the rain. It's barely drizzling. So here we go again - an HR to HR and a half wait again. At 2pm on a Monday Definitely not what I am accustomed to with good pizza joints. Compliments to the pizza cook for sure though
Just tried this pizza for the first time, first of all it smells like a REAL pizza shop! Great pizza, I tried cheese, and pep slicesFast nice service. This is now my pizza shop! Thanks
What a treasure! Food was excellent. Downtown quality at neighborhood prices. Meatballs, garlic knots, sausage and peppers were delicious.
Love their pizza. Pricey though but that is not a complaint. Wonderful splurge for the flavor! Only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars is due to cool pizza for delivery. I don't mind warm but cool wasn't great. And part of ordering is not to have to cook... Even if just to warm up fresh pizza. But I love the pizza!!ADD: Last 3 times I had delivery, they delivered cold pizza and a smoke scented pizza due to the heavily smoking delivery guy. So I took another star off.Main reason I buy their pizza is flavor and delivery. With bad delivery and cold pizza.... I'm just sad. :( And that heavy smoke smell is permeating my house, and we happen to hate the smell.Hot pizza and smoke free, they'd get 5 star from me.ADD: Due to the care from Italiano's, I am adding back in another star. It isn't often you find a restaurant care about their customer service and for that, I applaud them. I do hope they are able to fix the issue as their pizza is so delish. I don't often eat pizza, but when I do... I want it to be flavorful and just plain delicious. Italiano's has that.
Ordered take out lasagna and toasted garlic bread. The lasagna was very good, but the garlic bread was not. Had a funny,, almost artificial taste. Would have rather had some hard crusty bread and butter.We ordered the early bird special for $9.99. Portion size was very good.I'd go back for the pasta, but stay away from the bread.
