Went this morning for breakfast and the doors are locked with no sign explaining why with 2 customers inside sitting down eating. We were signal towards the drive thru. Families want to seat in the dining room. Multiple families at the same time as us. Is not right to pick and choose which customers get in the dining room I hope it has nothing to do with my brown skin
The slowest rudest donut place i have been. “Well we r short staffed”. There were 7 ppl that i counted, and 1 taking orders. 25 min for 1 cup of decaff. So sad
Entitled little twits work here. Girl was asked by a patron waiting for over 5 minutes if someone was working the register and she got a huge attitude. And when asked to talk with a manager after her rude response she came back with not here today the manager is working 7 days a week. Clearly she never passed 2nd grade cause if the manager really was working 7 days a week they would not have a day off. So she was intentionally being rude and lying to customers. I walked out after witnessing the employee and will never step foot back in this store
Worst experience ever !Not only was the staff rude but one employee making sandwiches the morning of 2-19-22 became argumentative immediately when asked by a customer behind me for help at the counter. The woman who seemed to be in charge offered zero assistance but told employees to lock the lobby.
This is the best Dunkin I’ve been to and coming from New England I’ve been to a lot. They are always polite and efficient. The manager is absolutely amazing. Even though they are short staffed and have to close the lobby due to staffing, she goes above and beyond to get my daily coffee to me. I order in advance on the app everyday. She knows me by name and vehicle. When the lobby is closed and the drive through line is long, she sees my on the go order and will still take the time to bring my coffee out so I can still get to work on time and skip the line. Her service and positive attitude why I go out of my way to go to this location each day!
I spilled my coffee getting the hand off from the drive through. Totally my fault. Frustrated, I pulled my car up to the parking lot. The clerk came out with my order plus another cup of coffee, and a donut! How's that for going above and beyond expectations!! Thank you!!
Drive thru service was friendly and prompt. This is a newer location.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited in line for 20 min. To have no one take my order. There was no sign saying drive through closed, and no one at drive through window. Didn't bother to stop, park, and go in. Drive through sign said open at 5am, this was 6:28am and no one in site. So sad ?. I know it's tough everywhere to find anyone who wants to work, but a manager should have been there.
Worst lattes I've ever had. You'll get one decent drink every 12 trips. Unfortunately it's the closest or else we wouldn't be going here
This is the worst location I have ever been too, we ordered our food online so we can quickly pick it up inside because we didn’t have time to spare, when we got there the door was locked and only drive through was available, I called the store, it took 3 time before someone answered the phone, I asked if we can just get our food because we didn’t have time to wait in line, the girl said they were too busy to open the door and give us our food, I asked how we can get a refund since we ordered online and she hung up on me. We will never visit this location again. Very disappointed customer.
