It’s your average Dunkin! They kinda run low on donuts mid afternoon and muffins so have an alternate choice! The parking area is a mess especially in the early morning because it’s tight and the drive through is crazy busy!I avoid it all together to be truthful. The one by Big Lots down north end of Venice is a breeze.

I love their Carmel lattes. I'm an avid coffee drinker and they make theirs with pride. Could do better on stirring but hey it works for me. If you haven't tried Dunkin Donuts you haven't had a good cup of Joe.
I realize that businesses are busy right now and also short-staffed but that's the perfect reason to kill them with customer service. Don't leave somebody standing at the counter for 5 minutes without even acknowledging that they're there. and being friendly goes a long way too especially with thank you's, good mornings etc. Just had the most miserable experience.
Very diassapointed! Two employees arguing at the front in front of customers. One of the employees walked out. When I received my breakfast sandwich it was still frozen inside.
This dunking is pretty good. The staff get your order, make it, and have you out of there pretty fast. Anytime I've had a problem with my order they're happy to fix it. Please give these guys good tips, they really deserve them.
Horrible! I placed my order at the drive-through and then waited in line. When I got to the window I was informed that they had no egg for my egg sandwich that I could have it without the egg so I hesitantly said OK. I took my sandwich home and found it to be burnt and taste terrible.. In addition to a horrible sandwich, my coffee was supposed to be cream with extra extra sugar, bit when I got home it's black with very little sugar. Also while I was waiting for this burnt sandwich and wrong coffee I asked if they had a puppy treat since I had my new puppy with me. They've told me that I had to pay for it. Things are just not the way they used to be. I was extremely disappointed and will not go back.
Terrible new rule in place where you are not allowed to use United States Currency of $50,$100 bill this is absolutely ridiculous, because I didnt have a card or apple pay I was denied service for having a 100 dollar bill. Worlds going to s**t

I've tried the sandwiches and they sure leave something to be desired. The ham and cheese sandwich was hard as a rock and the maple bacon croissant was cold. Terrible!
