Ordered a Large Hot Caramel Latte from the drive-through. After I left and took a sip it was nothing more than American coffee with a little cream and caramel in it. I paid almost $6 dollars for water and coffee. This is not the only Dunkin that has done that. Im starting to think that it is being done purposely and not from lack of training.5/23/22. 2:30 pm.
I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru here and it went smoothly. They have a couple of tables for outdoor seating.
Jenna was very rude. They forgot part of our order and my drink was wrong. I let her know and she remade it after giving me attitude and then made it completely wrong the second time.
Dunkin' has quality food. Pricing was good and the window attendant was compassionate with my mother.
Ordered 2 sausage wake wraps both came out with egg and no sausage and they also didn’t give me a receipt to complain
It took 15 minutes to get my order (small black coffee and 3 donuts. The woman in front of me ordered a small hot chocolate.There was water all over the floor and I slipped. I told the cashier and she said, "we're aware of the situation" in the meantime I was slipping all over the place! I asked for them to please put an ice cube in my coffee, they didnt so the manager gave me a plastic cup of ice!!! If my husband didnt want those donuts i would have slipped and slid my way out of there! Wont be going back.
This Dunkin’ management has been an absolute disaster for the last 8 years. The staff is always working really hard, but they have been understaffed and under compensated for years, leading to near constant turnover and unreliable service. Unlike other Dunks or Starbucks in our area there seem to be no “regular employees” who I see on a consistent basis and the same can be said for the speed of the drive through and the quality of the items being purchased. If I were rating on management alone, this would take home zero stars, but because the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and clearly overworked this location gets two.

This has got to be the WORST Dunkin Donut of all of their stores anywhere!!! Their donut selection is so limited the word "donut" shouldn't be included in their name. They randomly decide to close their lobby "for our patron's convenience"??? What is that about? I'm not referring to the period of time during lockdown and pandemic conditions - this is July of 2021. Just shut this location down permanently as it is a worthless anyway.
