Over 2 hours for delivery and the food was cold and looked like it had been sitting for quite a while at the store. Manager didn’t seem concerned at all when I called the store either time inquiring about my order. It also doesn’t take forty minutes from the store’s location to my home. I used to work for this store as a driver and manager and I know what the food is supposed to look like and the quality isn’t there anymore with regards to food and service. It was a waste of 30 bucks.
Ok. 2 large. One wings and coke. 1 large is free. Total: $37???? And when did they start cutting pizza into little squares? And burned. So a small coke for $3, wings $10 so one large is $20. Lunas next time.
I love ordering from Dominos! They have excellent pizza and a nice menu of other items to choose from. I order frequently and receive free pizza from them often. They recently added 3 new items to the menu that is absolutely another three reasons to order from them! I have tried other pizza places but I always end up back at Dominos! The staff is friendly at the Bird Bay location in Venice, Fl and the food is great so why go any where else?

listen, order somewhere else, they didn't care if it arrives cold, literally not even a little bit. excuses about amounts of drivers don't justify you taking no issue with my food being cold. offering coupons is a waste of time, if my experience was bad i obviously wont come back. they refunded me. Find another location with better management with a greater deal of common sense. we all know weekends take longer to get your food but when its cold on top of that, you just admit your wrong and refund your customers your a billion dollar company you can afford to be practical and not unintelligent.
I called to place an order for a employee party and Mr. Grant picked up. I have him the address and he asked me what unit number. I informed him that this was a hotel, and it was for three front desk. He again said so where do you want me to bring. Drop it in the parking lot? I was taken back by the attitude and anger this man had. I then said excuse me? And cancelled what we were going to order. I called back and asked for three manager which he informed me he was. I tried to talk to him, he then continued to talk over me and called me dumb. Never in my life have I been spoken to like that. I hope corporate getsb informed about your behavior. When if your having a bad day you shouldn't talk to people like that.
This place is a joke… listing says they were open until 12am but when I called at 11pm they were rude, said they were closed and hung up on me. Won’t be visiting them any time soon.
Ordered online, and within 15-20 minutes they had my order ready! I was greeted the second I walked in the door and was even inquired about the business I work for. Guys at the shop are happy and full! Thank you :)
they messed up a pizza and call to tell them get called a lier and to bring the pizza back so the other two pizzas get cold to get the right pizza. not professional at all
Horrible service by the delivery man!! Never again will I order from them again! He got his money online ! Bullying a 14 year old for money outside my house! Jacob the delivery man is horrible !
