My kid was excited to be buying milkshakes for us with a gift card. But the man behind the counter didn't know how to do it. Instead of getting help. He lied to us, and said the internet is down. He explained he could take cash only. As we waited for our shakes, he had three customers, they all paid using cards. We will find another Dairy Queen, for the gift card. After that we will just go to Culver's.
Unprofessional zervwd my blozzarf dirty in the cup all on the outside cup was dirty with chocolate. Fries were cold. Girl that served food was very childish
Very reasonably priced, and you get a lot of food for the money. We dined in, had to go back twice for our sauces for the chicken tenders, and silverware for a salad we ordered. All Workers I encountered were friendly and helpful.
DQ was outstanding everything was wonderful From all of the Staff to the food.my granddaughter loved it.also the rest of my Family.all 5 of us.. Thank You All , we were there about 6:30pm on 2-25-22.
It was horrible I waited 30 mins just for them to come out and tell me they were out of something I already paid for. Then it took an extra 15 minutes just for them to bring out the rest of the food. Mind you I was in the drive thru.
I visited week ago food was good but how ever when thier is on 3 people being waited on it should not take 20 min to be served a to go meal with this many in line then they put my sandwich on counter under a heat lamp to keep warm it was thier for about 5 min.what I'm saying to everyone if you have lots of time to waste go thier .

They took forever to get our order out and weren’t busy. That’s fine if the food is hot. The meat and bacon on the burger were over cooked yet not hot enough to melt the cheese. The fries were so cold that I didn’t even eat a second bite. Even if a lack of employees is an issue, cold food and long wait times shouldnt happen.
This was a joke, our blizzards were covered on the outside of the cups we couldn't hold them and was all over my shorts as they were dripping through the carrier case, and all so no napkins and all 3 were melted like water when they gave them to us. For easy to wipe up the cups before serving, n make sure the ice cream is actually ice cream and not melted. This was full careless and laziness. If you go be ready to have tons of napkins on you
I love their soft serve vanilla ice cream. The only reason it didn't rate 5 stars is the portions have been small lately!
