Sour dough melt sandwich was greasy and mediocre at best, and wouldn't hold a candle to the patty melt of Brewburgers a quarter-mile away. Cole slaw and iced tea were nice. Staff was polite and friendly. Prices good.My main complaint was the hyper-klutsy drive-through lane. Backs up badly if someone waiting for an order or it's not quite right. Got so bad that the young lady at the first window who takes your money craned her neck out the window to see what the holdup was. If nothing else, tell that person to drive over to a parking spot and wait, and tell the staff so that person's food can be brought when finally ready.Overall, not a good experience at all. No plans to return, or recommend to my neighbors.
This has got to be the nicest staff at any fast food restaurant! The gentleman who took our drive through order and gave us our shakes was over and above in kindness and politeness. I literally told my wife I will stop going to Wendy’s and just come to Culver’s for the pleasant staff. The great shakes were also a solid perk of our visits to Culver’s tonight. Great experience!
Very disrespectful and disturbing to say the least. The boy cashier TJ seams to think it’s funny to make fun of the older folks by interrupting them as they order asking and repeating the first parts of there order and having the customer repeat themselves over and over. We watched and listened and he did it to every older person he waited on then snickered after they ordered. We will never be back, in fact will take to the media to insure others also won’t dine here.
Culvers reminds me of the good ole sweet shop. Good choice of varied meals and desserts to finish it off.
Decided on a quick supper so went to Culver's. Had a double cheese and bacon butter burger with fries and a drink and was NOT disappointed! It was fabulous. Followed that with a Turtle Sundae with Chocolate frozen custard. Everything was outstanding including the staff. I'll be back....?
Being the 2nd person in the lobby, and them not being busy, you'd think they would put your burger together in a way that it's edible and looks appetizing. Showed up looking like someone put it together blindfolded..
Saturday at 1:00 in the drive thru and had a great experience. Aubrey at the window is friendly and helpful. Received my order and the fries were crisp, hot and delicious!
Great Food and customer service! The one concern I had is that a staff member was whistling while preparing our ice cream desserts. (He was not wearing a mask) I don't think this is very sanitary.
Went in to take advantage of their Happy Hour specials.. buy sundaes between 2 and 4 p.m. on weekdays and their price is half price (additional charge for some add-ons;) but restaurant said they don't offer that special. Therefore we left (as a different location also in Sarasota County has been offering this special and we have been pleased with it.)
Enjoyed my first vist very much. Boy are these hamburgers good..!!. The custard ice cream bang! Nailed our craving! You have to visit a location. I'd suggest reviewing online menus. Get orientation to desserts and offered meals. Like fish(cod) and shrimp or hamburgers made your way. Ohh do the meal version. The Fry's are old style tummy yummy. Suggest ya try the pretzel nuggets with cheddar dip.Definitely on my list to check ✅ again.
