I'm here often and although a busier stop. they always take good care. respectful of my wearing my mask (chronically ill).. thank you, staff.
We had never eaten at any Cracker Barrel and came here by coincidence. I had rainbow trout and my husband grilled chicken tenders. Both were very tasty and we totally loved the place and ambiance. We will definitely eat here again when we visit Venice again. Hope to be back soon!
The Cracker Barrel was awesome. The food was great, and actually quite cheap for the amount of food on the plates. It’s a cool place to take kids and it’s also great for adults. The service was great as well.
We have been pulling our camper in the Cracker Barrel parking lot on and off for the last month. About a week ago they came out and lied and said there was an event going on the next day and we couldn't stay there. The next day, my bf went in to talk to the manager and they said nobody was going to be allowed to say in the back anymore! In the meantime, we parked on the roundabout in front of their restaurant and they called the cops! The cop was really nice and said this wasn't their property? The next time we came to pull in the back the waitress screamed across the lot when we tried to pull in and said she was calling the cops on us. My bf talked to the manager and she stated they are going to start cracking down on campers parking in their back lot. I lost all respect t for this place for lying and then bring shady.
Great food and Great service. I wish I remembered the waitresses name because she was amazing. My baby broke the water glass and she was right on it and moves us to another table. It was Harper's birthday ?. Let's not even talk about all of the neat things they have for sale. Needless to say, we left with a few.?
Wife and I ate here, and absolutely loved it. The store is awesome and the food is cheap for the amount you get. Good Southern soul food that fills you up and is satiating. The waitress was real sweet and apologized that the bartender couldn’t make a Moscow Mule or a Mimosa because they were out of the ingredients, but it didn’t matter because our experience otherwise was great. I will definitely be back.
Felt the need to post a review after multiple bad experiences with their to-go service. I'm a pretty regular customer as I work right around the corner and probably order at least a couple times a month through to-go/pickup. I used to love this restaurant as the food was always great as well as good service. I no longer feel this way. The past couple times I have ordered the food has not been ready on time even once. My orders are usually very minimal as well. Today I ordered ONLY a side of sausage patties and bacon. My pickup time was 11:04am and I arrived right on time as I was clocked out at work and needed to get back asap. Lady at the front desk tells me there's no orders ready and that I can wait. I proceed to wait 11 MINUTES FOR SAUSAGE AND BACON!!!! Like I said this is not out of the ordinary for this location as this happens every time now but the only thing I can assume is that they do not care to check their to-go order tickets and make sure something as simple as bacon and sausage are out on time. When I finally got my order.....COLD. So they took 11 extra minutes that I had to be clocked out of work to give me COLD FOOD! I am extremely annoyed and frustrated that I had already given a 20% tip online before receiving my food because I would have left nothing after having yet another bad experience. The time before this I had to call 6 TIMES for anyone to even answer the phone and when someone finally answered she said she would transfer me to the to-go room where I was put on hold again and my order was never taken. This will be my last time ordering here unfortunately. I understand we are all working through this labor shortage but you need to close your to-go services if you can not provide. I never leave reviews or even mention it when I'm upset with food services but this is getting ridiculous.
It was are last night in the area and we wanted a nice set down dinner. So we stumbled across this Cracker Barrel we walked in the wait for a table was very short we were seated at a nice clean table and with in a few minutes our waitress came to take our drink order and interduced herself to us . She brought us our drinks took our food order .she was back in no time with our food which was good and hot .The buttermilk biscuits where nice and fluffy the meatloaf was very good.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to Punta Gorda. We boy h had the meatloaf special with potatoes and fried okra. It was really good, service was very quick and we were on the road again.
