This location has gone down hill since they added the automated order taker. I ordered one Checkerburger with everything, a Checkerburger with cheese/condiments/pickles and a small fries. The burger with everything had everything but meat and cheese! Both sandwiches and fries were pretty much cold. I wasn’t given a receipt. So, I couldn’t go back to request a new meal or fill out the survey online. There were no other customers in line, at the time. So, there’s really no excuse. I did, however file a complaint on the website. We’ll see if I actually hear back.
Worst checkers I ever been too very slow and when I got my food wasn’t even the right food she is literally reading it back to me and I am like you didn’t put the right meat she said oh the Ladie made us pull around to the other side and we waited for 30 more min for two sandwiches I had to get out my car and walk up yup window the Manager is very unprofessional I will not recommend this location to anyone I rather take my business to MC Donald’s and when I got my food the meat was cold like it’s been sitting there barley any toppings on it the pictures are misleading you guys need new staff that want to work and get customers in and out can’t believe it took 1 hour at a checkers from start to finish
I'm a big banana and strawberry fanatic. This is ONLY fast-food restaurant that makes a strawberry banana milkshake. They rock that combination of milkshakes.
Absolutely ridiculous first they messed up my order through doordash so we drove all the way there even though the manager said we don't have to replace your food which is like are you serious doordash give me half our money back and we go down there to get our food replaced in the manager had the nerve to mess it up a second time.... so thank you Dan for messing up my order again so we paid money to go hungry and had my wife on the phone writing everything down before we got there even when we got there your employee act like you did not want to deal with us and like he did not know why we were there even after asking you get your stuff together if you do not like the job do not work there I would totally understand
Quick service. The automated drive thru didn't get all of MY order but it wad still good
Only had fried. Delicious but very greasy. robot taking my order was really cool.
The sandwiches had very little to almost no sauce at all, the burgers and fish were both extremely overloaded with lettuce. I have not been to checkers in a long time. I was very disappointed with the food, as I was craving a good checkers burger for a long time, they do not have checkers up north where I live unfortunately ? maybe I will try again at a different checkers. ?
Hi. I entered the drive-thru before realizing I didn't have my wallet on me all I had was $2. So I ordered the smallest cheeseburger and explain to the girl what ihappened and how I love their shakes there. Anyway she said that'll be a $1.50 and if there is anything else I'd like on my cheeseburger and I said the works.I get to the window am handed the cheeseburger with fries hot and crispy and a chocolate milkshake! Just coming back from 4 hours at the doctors and having a CT scan which diagnosed as diverticulitis, I was hungry and in pain I was stunned that this wonderful redhead and a little lady in the back that was helping, gave me a meal. Complete with my favorite chocolate. Who DOES that?!Checkers fan for life. And shamrock Rd/41 checkers turned my painful morning into sunshine & flowers! I am 67 and NEVER had been treated so well. Especially at a fast food joint. Kudos to compassion! Am new to the area. THANKS!!!!
Pretty average food, fries were decent hot crunchy flavored slightly greasy, burger was messy for driving, double with bacon
I ordered a chicken sandwich only to get it raw. Corporate didnt get back to me so may have to take legal measures.
