I have to say as a frequent restaurant eater, this is by far the worst Bonefish Grill I have ever eaten and. I have been to several of their locations both in-and-out of Florida. You're d**** This is got to be the worst manage restaurant In the chain. Our food was cold even the appetizer's, My gas chicken was overcooked and took a steak knife to cut. The food was poorly presented and really presented and nothing was served above room temperature. Our server was as all the other servers appeared, totally lackluster about their job or tip. I would not recommend this Bonefish Grill.

We had a superb seafood dinner last Friday at the Venice location. Christian was our attentive server and he went out of his way to make sure our drinks and food were just right. We've been here many times and had varying degrees of service but this last experience was excellent. Highly recommend their seafood and drink specials.

We have the dine reward card and had dinner there last Wednesday. Food was great however I forgot to give the bartender the phone number and was told they'd take care of it. I waited a few days and wentvtgere and again gave the info and was assured I'd get the reward . nothing yet. I'm angry.restarant next day and was assured

Have eaten at several of these and this one had the worst food of all. There are better options for dinner. My shrimp and scallop scampi with pasta was a flop. Overcooked pasta. Mushy shrimp. Tiny scallops. Would not go back. Service was good.

One of the worst dining experiences ever. Quoted 20 min wait. Waited an hour to be sat. Took our server over 20 min to greet us. Another 20 to bring drinks and bread. Another 45 min to get our food. We were at the restaurant for 4 hours. This place has got to get it together

Please let me preface my remarks by saying that we have dined at Bonefish Grill in many cities hundreds of times. However our experience with guests this evening was exceptionally difficult. The high point was a gracious comp of Bang Bang Shrimp by a manager that realized her establishments shortcomings. Greetings came about 20 minutes after arrival, water served at 30 minutes and ordering of entrees commenced @ 42 minutes. There was 6-8 empty tables in the dining area, so they were not operating under full capacity. All wait times were fine examples of poor performance. Waiters intro never existed and comments made were not defined as great customer service. Drink refills were never offered and food was so so. Most of the experience was like sitting at a table wondering if we were invisible....not the good dining feeling. We will likely not return to this location.

We had a wonderful meal 2 nights ago. Chicken Caesar salad was perfect and a whole meal. My wife had Bang bang shrimp and Corn chowder and Lump Crab. All excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. New bartender Michael...you did great.

Had reservations for 6 o’clock and we got there a few minutes earlier and we’re seated immediately but of course we had reservations for the one in Sarasota and we were by the one in Venice thanking that we made reservations in Venice but we got there in time. We ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer which came out within three minutes was very good not as spicy as I remember. We had both ordered the mahi and shrimp they were both very good and done to perfection. Both ordered a house Margarita that was very good little salt. Had the chocolate lava cake with a side of ice cream for dessert, that was very delicious. Overall experience was excellent. Both of us took home boxes. Thank you Bonefish grill !

Well, planned our early Valentines dinner at Cafe Longet tonight. Thought I had reservations tonight, but, whoops, it is for March 11. Where to go??Wound up at Bonfish Grill on 41 in Venice. Super dinner on the patio under the heaters. Food is always good, but if you go, ask for Maria P. Been a long time since I've had such a great server. We never asked for a thing - iced tea was refilled 3 times before the glass was empty, lit up the heaters as soon as it began to cool off, checked back repeatedly but unobtrusively, brought a box on her own, brought the bill at the proper time. She had a patio full, and I would bet everyone felt they had their own private server. If I owned a business, any business, I would have hired her on the spot. What an asset to Bonefish grill.Thank you, Maria.

Actually did not eat here. I just got off work myself. Met up with my mom and sister. They had finished dinner already. They loved the Cesar salad and and shrimp dish they had. Server was very accommodating and didn't mind that we stayed to chit chat.
