It was dirty. Dead flies in the window, dirty blinds, dirty booth, dried spaghetti noodles, covered in white sweet n low type powder (as was I when I got up!), dirty under the chairs at the bar, even the table was dirty. Not sure why we even stayed. Can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Another local establishment I will not be returning to.

Food was good, service was subpar. I ordered a personal pizza and loved it. Our server was very short with us, and did not check in once during the meal. Wings we got we’re burnt had to be recooked didn’t get done until way after everyone else finished their meal. Overall I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s not the absolute worst place to go for a bite.

I had stopped ordering from here years ago because it was hit or miss, sometimes the pizza was good, other times it sucked. Tried it again today as it was full moon, half priced. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, and when I picked it up, it had no pepperoni. They put some cooked pepperoni on top and gave it back to me. If I had persisted they would have remade it for me, but I didn't have the time for that. The pizza itself was undercooked with some dry overcooked pepperoni on top. Will not be ordering from there again. Apparently things are still inconsistent ?

service was not great, hostess at the front were rude and not helpful.

I will say the pizza was good. We have been eating at the Port Charlotte and North Port locations for years and this is our first time dining at the Villages location. The garlic rolls were so-so. There was a lot of butter, and I mean a lot of butter. They were practically soaked through. I'm not sure what type of butter they used but the aftertaste was different. It may be the Incredible amount of butter that tasted off.We had two pizzas, a margarita and a pepperoni with bacon. The margarita was good and tasted fine. It was not the best we have had at Bocca Luppo but it worked. The pepperoni and bacon was also good but had so little bacon, I asked our waiter to take off the topping charge. Which they did. They could see from the remaining slices the chef barely put any bacon on the pizza. The portion I had eaten did not have bacon at all. They were busy so it seems like they are doing well. The pickup line was ten people deep when we got there. We were seated right away on a Saturday.

This was my first time going here, but my family that lives near says it is one of the best! We started with an order of garlic knots, which were absolutely delicious! Then I got coal fired wings teriyaki Wasabi, extra crispy (local secret well worth it)! So these wings were incredible! They had a delicious teriyaki glaze and then had a Wasabi drizzle over them as seen in my picture! I also got a side of wolf's breath and a side of ghost pepper (if you like hot). I really enjoyed the flavor of the wolf's breath over the ghost pepper sauce. I feel it packed way more flavor whereas the ghost pepper was more heat, but both went great with the teriyaki wasabi! The pizza we got was the caprese pizza. Sliced mozzarella, basil pesto, tomatos, and fresh mozzarella are all on this! The basil pesto was superb and added such a great freshness to the pie! I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone, and I heard a rumor that full moon night is 50% off so go early on these nights and expect a busy service! I personally can't wait to go back here or hope they expand into ohio (please expand in ohio!)!

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Unfortunately coming all the way from Ohio we were really looking forward to coming back. Only being our second time, we didn’t realize the strict seating and DO NOT SIT AT THE PATIO! Without making sure your ENTIRE family goes through the restaurant first all together. It was made clear we weren’t welcome, they were short staffed and a waiter had been double sat. We totally didn’t mind waiting. The waiter made sure to not even make eye contact. We were only double checking that we were checked in properly, received a rude response. Not everyone visits this place daily and is aware that not one person can check the family in. When there one only 1 table seated outside. A table of two, the rest of the patio was empty, apparently it’s not welcome for you to sit there unless every member of your family walk through the restaurant first! They will make that clear! Unwelcoming and rude staff, will not be back! Clearly you can see the patio still empty.

Nice place, good environment and friendly staff.Wings are crispy and delicious.Steak roll is ok.Garlic knots we didn’t like, the bread was very dry.Pizza is really good.Overall a nice place to eat some pizza.

Sierra took incredibly good care of all 7 of us! She was friendly, attentive, kind, and courteous. The food was delicious, best pizza I've had in Florida. Kids loved the garlic knots, Caesar salad was cold and crisp, raviolis were a huge hit and they give you a lot of food. To top it off they had our favorite beer, Fat Tire, on tap!We will be back.

Just had lunch there for first time. Older waitress with both arms tatted was rude. Luckily, we had a nice waitress or we were going to leave. We decided on trying the garlic knots and the waitress asked if we wanted before our pizza. A few minutes later waitress comes back and says they are all out of knots!!? It is only 12:30 pm. Who runs out of knots? So we did get our pizza and it was very good. Not sure if I would make a special trip to go there again. The older Waitress just rubbed us the wrong way with her smart comment.
