I love driving through this place and getting a shake. There's outdoor tables for those who want to sit and eat, and there's regular food in the menu, like hot dogs. I'm here for the shakes though, and these are great, though not cheap.
One of our favorite places in the area. If friends come in town, we take them by Bob's. Great ice cream and shakes. Highly recommend.
Was 10mins before they " Closed" and they refused to make a milkshake cause it was close to closing... in all my years u serve the product u have until u close then clean up.This place was packed not like they had been slow and decided to close stuff up there was no point to it other then they wanted to get off and go.

The ice cream is fantastic! I went to Bob’s two nights in a row, the first night the girl that waited on me was very rude, she mumbled and did not smile, like she was mad at the world. Okay i’m Thinking she had a bad night. The next night (different girl) just so rude. This attitude is going to make me quit going there if all the employees are that way, and that is too bad because I do like the ice cream.
Not sure how I have missed this place over the last six years of coming to the area. Stopped in the other day and had a regular scoop of Butter Pecan and it was AMAZING! You get full size pecans in the scoops. Flavor is great and will be back for more for sure. Not many choices like other shops but the quality was off the charts for this little place in Venice, Florida. If you are looking for ice cream to take you back to grandmas house then this old fashion butter pecan will do just that. 5 stars
Always the best customer service and friendly staff. Bonus that they have a drive thru option. Love the black raspberry flavor since you can’t find that New England flavor at any grocery stores around here.

I have never been to an establishment where there were only two employees.Who were working their butts off to keep the drive thru and walk up line moving. They deserve a raise!! Best employees I have ever witnessed. Wednesday 16, 2022. Oh and they were serving it up with a smile.!!!!!
