Good service but I think this one is for Arbys promotional group. Do not come out with a new product to debut if you do not have the means to supply an adequate quality of product. The boneless wings are inconsistent even as a new product, which you think they would be showing their best with a new product. Inconstancy with size. It’s a shame you can count a breading ball that’s smaller than my left testicle and pass it as a full wing.
Went through Arby's in VeniceDrive-thru.Order the number one large.Pull up doing the pay for number one large.Pulled outLook through bag saw had no fries.Went back through drive-thru.Girl said sorry have no fries at all.So I said can I get anything else in placeThey said no.So basically I went through the first time they didn't say anything about no friesI paidFor a full meal large.All I got was a sandwich and a drink for the price of a large meal.Seems kind of shotty to me searing place is always done me goodBut now this. I came from North Port just for this. Not so sure I'll do that again. I mean qhats the point. Spend gas & almost $9 for a sandwich & drink. Being disabled & only making so much a month. It seems steep to me. For only part of a meal. I could of went to checkers & got a hole meal for that or atleast told they were out of fries when I ordered the meal.
Very poor, went there for the Ruben they've advertising on tv for weeks and the mint chocolate chip shake .... they were OUT OF BOTH!!! half hour trip wasted !! Who would have thought that a big chain fast food restaurant would be out of the products they've been advertising for over a month!!
I ordered a beef and cheddar with cheese and sauce on the side, med fries, cherry turnover.. I GOT, beef on onion roll with sauce already on the sandwich, no cheddar at all, NO fries and the turnover.. I was charged $9.87…. didn’t ask for receipt or check bag… plenty of Arby’s I’ll just go to another one next time!! She even asked me what size fries.. likely i was charged for them too!
Reminds me of my ex baby moms but I’d definitely eat here again. All though they could use some hotter girls working. They are all beat
This store needs to be upgraded. Tables & chairs were all tippy. Bathroom looks like a gas station restroom. Store looks dated & dirty. Makes you question the quality of the food!
It's a toss up 50/50 whether the food is fresh and portions seem to be right or you feel a little chinced in my opinion.
Got the 2 for $6 crispy fish. It was terrible. The order was also messed up. Asked for both plain. Order taker asked if I wanted both plain after I said I did so I know I was heard. Ended up with one plain and one with everything on it. Also my large fries were barely half full.
Very busy staff, in a great way. Food was made fresh, and I could tell even from the drive thru that staff was very active and stocking, prepping, and cleaning inside during downtime. We stopped for a late lunch yesterday and had a great experience. Thank you!
Management is incompetent. I called with a concern and was told that there was no complaint line that I could contact they know nobody to get a hold of incorporate if I had an issue. Was able to Google that information in a little less than 30 seconds. Management was incredibly unhelpful and seemed intentionally to be unhelpful.
