We had a difficult time finding someplace to eat on a Tuesday evening, but Abbi‘s was open, I am so happy we found it! Best roasted chicken I’ve ever had! The sauce, the garlic, the flavor was just out of this world! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with anything you get there! We Very highly recommend it!
Thought we would try Abby’s. Wide selection of dishes to suit everyone. We were there before 6pm and they have a couple entrees for $2 off if ordered by 6pm. I got the fish and chips, large piece of fish and fries. Someone else got the muscles appetizer and they were delicious. Definitely order dessert!!
I like location…off Main Street of downtown old venice so not as busy. Outside seating was spacious and convenient…we rode bikes and bike rack was right next to outside seating. Food. And service was great.
Absolutely delicious meal tonight! Both entrees cooked to perfection and we had an awesome server (Joanne) as well. I highly recommend trying Abby's out and we will most definitely eat there again this week!! Thanks Abby and staff! (Sorry, no pictures since we devoured our food so quickly!)
High quality food and service in a modern environment. Beverages are quite good if you stay on the menu. I rather enjoyed my Moscow mule, but something was lost in translation in their preparation of a filthy martini, which really just came across as liquor with a queen olive. My preference includes vermouth and more olive brine, which seemed rather absent.Seafood and pasta looked great. I can attest that Abby's platter is quite tasty, but its value for the dollar is debatable. That can be said of many restaurants in the area, however.Regardless of value, we were will taken care of and quality was solid.
We had no reservation. The waitress felt so bad putting us at a tiny table. I thought it was quaint & cute. Service was very attentive & kept it cleared. She said "We just have so many reservations". The restaurant was busting at the seams within an hour! Table spacing was great - we are not packed in on top of each other. Each table had a cute little candle. Amazing food - good prices. We will most definitely be back!! ??

Invited a large group from all over Florida to Abby's on Main for our 60th High School Mini-Reunion. Table was prepared for us, early arriving classmates were seated and drinks were promptly served to each arrival. We comfortably mingled around the room for 40 minutes before all sat down. Orders were promptly taken and served. Every plate was put together nicely and everyone there enjoyed their lunches. Three of us ordered and enjoyed the creme' brulee'. Jorge was our very nice main server, and he saw to every request. We did separate checks, and they were efficiently and correctly processed quickly. Everyone had a wonderful time at Abby's on Main!
I’ve frequented this restaurant for over 20 years. Have always been delighted with everything they offer, however, my most recent visit was a most regrettable experience. My over medium eggs were over easy. My crisp bacon limp. My dry toast burned. My home fries raw. Severing a long term relationship is hard but always necessary. Thumbs down on everything but the Bloody Mary.
Charming spot in Venice Beach, great service, even better food. I had the Shrimp Scampi and Key Lime Pie. The server was very busy but she treated me like it was a slow day and she had all the time in the world. I highly recommend dining here, I know I am going back tomorrow
