This wendys location is good. There was a problem with the order and I complained and they immediately gave me fries that I was looking for. It turns out the fries were always there just in another bag but they handled everything professionally. The store was clean and the bathrooms weren't missing anything.
Got the wrong order. Son of bacon so i got a cheese burger. Paid cash and got no recite. Call to inform them and told to talk to STEVE day manager. What joke, try to argue with me and was RUDE about it. I just wanted a rain check for a son of bacon. Gonna be a LONG time b4 I go back to this place. Plus there so called hot fries were NOT....Steve needs to go back to management school maybe this time he can learn customer service..
You can tell everybody in that restaurant work very hard and the food tastes very good, the young lady I ordered with was putting everybody's food together and I noticed she made sure twice it was correct, that they got their sauce and straws and napkins, this is my second time at this restaurant.The first time Mr. Juan D. Took care of us .and I just could tell they work as a real team.
Im usually not one to complain. But I ordered just a sandwich and frosty. I was charged for a full meal and Not given a reciept. The guy who took my order was extremely rude. And to top it all off there was hair in the fries that I didn't even order. If I could give zero stars I would
Went through drive thru ask for Double stacks no pickle they actually put a tiny pickle on top of my bun. Burgers were sloppy falling off buns and cheese was on wrapper more than burger. They were cold and smothered in mustard. Will not go back to this Wendy's.
Always enjoy a Wendy's meal !They are fast, very curtous, food is ALWAYS fresh and tasty ! Only downside is that they have definitely downsized the size of the meat patties over the year's, long ago I KNOW I REMEMBER the patty hanging over the bun ALL THE WAY AROUND & being just a bit thicker. But it is the way of the world now sadly, less product and higher prices for it. But Wendy's DOES support Adoption and for that I appreciate the company !
One of the better run Wendy’s in the area. Good always comes out fast and how you order it. Never have had an issue at this location. Restaurant is clean and recently refreshed.
I had given up on this place 5 years ago, same as the Burger King across the street. Wendy's use to serve up soggy dough ball burgers due to the wet lettuce. It is much better now.
My son took me out for lunch for my birthday and we chose to eat inside and acknowledged safety precautions. The parking was plenteous and so was seating. Their service was great and the bourbon bacon Burger was exceptional. The fries, crispy as promised and you get as much drink as you can drink. All in all, Wendy's is still the best of the big three! Check it out...
I understand why they got only 2 star. Slow. Staff seemed like they didn’t care. Ordered chicken nuggets and the have a stale smell to them. Forget dipping sauce. Bacon cheeseburger was just ok. Glad this is just a pass thru Wendys and not my regular one.
