Rude young man at drive thru. My order was wrong and food was not included and the guy gives my an attitude staring at me while he dropped (not placed) my food in the bag like I'm intimidated, then walks away. Never says sorry about that, thank you or your welcome. If that's the kind of employees these places are going to keep around I just won't go back. Ask McDonald's. I moved to the area six months ago and I've been going to this Wendy's a couple times a month. Currently they are understaffed so the drive-thru wait is long. They do let you know right away that they are understaffed. One major complaint I have is that they think it's ok to give you "modified" salads. I love the southwest avocado chicken salad, but what they give you here is usually not that. Usually they just put lettuce, breaded chicken, shredded cheese and tomato. No tortilla strips or avocado on the salad. It bothers me because they should just let you know that you're not getting what you asked for. Today they also forgot my extra dressing packet (which I paid for), they forgot the chicken nuggets sauce, I didn't get any forks, napkins or straws. The wait was over 15 minutes and I figured that they would at least get my order right. Nope. I guess it comes down to staffing and management at this Wendy's but I just have bad luck here.

Their service isn't perfect, but they're doing their best. I ordered a double bourbon bacon today, but they accidentally gave me a single. After I came back and brought it up, they let me keep the burger I got by mistake and brought me the double I ordered.They deserve more positive reviews. I've been going here for months and they have been nothing but a delight to me.

As much as we love Wendy’s, we will never go to this location again. Went around 10:00 after a movie tonight. Chili was super cold, nuggets were burnt and chewy, my coke had no carbonation, fries were cold, burger made wrong and customer service wasn’t even worth asking for a remake after the drive thru girl spilled soda on my husbands car because she didn’t have the lid on properly. Nor did she care to apologize. As someone who ran a restaurant for 6 years, you really need to get it together and be more professional.

Don't get grilled chicken just as they start lunch. It's tasty yes and the service is great, however you will have to wait a while as they prepare the chicken. Which is no fault of their own. Other than that great service as usual.

I had to repeat my order quite a few times to the young one behind the register because it wasn't showing up right on the screen the way I was saying it. Even the manager came to help me place the right order, so the first lady walked off to another position of her job. The manager has other things to do so the first one came right back to charge me the price. The sandwich was alright I guess but the fries were very salty. I'm never usually a Wendy's fan to begin with anyway so, that will probably be my last time I waste my time and money with them.

Waited 40 minutes in the Drive thru! If you are in a hurry don't come here. After the long wait, 1 sandwich was made wrong, the fries were old, and we couldn't exit the drive thru due to the car parked in front of us waiting for their messed up order to be fixed. Sad

horrible experience. spent 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead. mixed up two of our drinks, gave us the wrong sizes, the fries were stale and cold, burgers stale and bacon was awful. guy in the window had an attitude because we wanted our order right after we paid for it. never coming back.

Food was goodand hot, service was pretty good as well, once you got it.. I'm giving only 3 stars because it was so slow! The drive thru took me 1½, and they were only taking 1 order at a time.

We've been traveling a bit lately & we stop at this Wendy's for a short rest from driving & a quick bite. Sometimes a snack, sometimes a meal & sometimes just a cup of coffee & the restroom facilities. I'm one of those people that feels I need to spend money in a business if I need to use their restroom. That won't be happening again at this Wendy's or any other. The bathroom was flooded! This isn't the 1st time this has happened. The Wendy's in Titusville restrooms were totally flooded last time I was there as well. I get that these Wendy's get a different type of traffic than a neighborhood Wendy's (a highway, rest area) but I mean really, shouldn't they be aware by now that their restrooms need a higher standard of maintenance? Nothing worse than stopping for a short Respite & getting soaked by a flooded restroom in the process. Appears to be a problem for Wendy's & since I'm not a big fast food fan anyway, I think it's time to cross Wendy's off our list & find a new stop that will better suit all our needs. So bye bye Wendy's, get those facilities CLEAN!!!
